"My stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in and incredibly polite. The room was meticulously cleaned, smelled fresh, and the mattress was just right – I slept wonderfully. The location is excellent, close to plenty of dining and shopping options. The bathroom had ample hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. For the price, the value for money is outstanding, making it my top choice for business or leisure travel. The hotel environment exceeded my expectations. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the room had good soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night. Housekeeping cleaned daily and was very responsive to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive and the value for money is exceptional. I’ve saved this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. The lobby features a professional coffee bar with various canned coffee beans and professional coffee machines, so you can enjoy freshly ground coffee. There's also a display of various beverages and alcoholic drinks. The window-side lounge area has warmly colored tables and chairs, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. It's incredibly pleasant to relax and have coffee in the lobby during downtime."

The hotel has a great location, right by the ancient canal, close to Dongguan Street, and there's also a Yechun restaurant nearby, which we plan to try tomorrow morning. The hotel service was very good, and the overall atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need."

On your way back, you can even grab some buns from the bun shop diagonally opposite for breakfast (it's a popular local spot, great value, and you can find group deals on Dianping). Even during the summer, the hotel rates were reasonable (cheaper than Atour, with comparable facilities), and the front desk staff were lovely."
