Before checking in, I'd already spoken with Elsa, the exploration manager, about traveling with my two-year-old. She proactively arranged for a baby cot to be set up in the room, which was a huge relief and showed great attention to detail. Upon check-in, I even received a commemorative Yangzhou fridge magnet, instantly feeling a special connection to the city. During my stay, I requested a pillow change, and the hotel responded incredibly promptly, with no delays whatsoever. I especially want to thank Nancy, Doran, and Lon for their consistently warm and attentive service, providing much-needed assistance. An even bigger surprise was the lovely little gift my baby received, which made the little one happy for a long time. The comfortable living environment combined with the heartwarming service made our Yangzhou trip exceptionally perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are forest parks, sports parks, Mingyue Lake nearby, and Beijing Huacheng, a large commercial complex, and Golden Eagle across the street. The Changjian Center where the hotel is located is also a large commercial life square, with everything you need for morning tea restaurants and coffee bars downstairs. The hotel is the latest version of Home Inn. The rooms are clean and quiet, with advanced facilities, a Suifen high-speed hair dryer, a toilet with electric heating and automatic flushing, and a shower room with dry and wet separation. The bedding is very good, skin-friendly fabrics, especially the pillows are comfortable, especially like them. The restaurant is on the 18th floor of the top floor, with laundry room, gym, large meeting room, tea break area, fully furnished. The company's mid-year meeting is ready to be held here."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks. The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them. Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

"My mom and I visited Yangzhou before the New Year, and the hotel's location was fantastic! It's just over a kilometer's walk to both Slender West Lake and Ge Garden. There are also tons of tea houses nearby, making it super convenient to find delicious food. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. They even had a robot deliver our takeout! I didn't take any pictures of the room, but we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!"
