"When I was planning my accommodations for my trip to Nanning, I was initially torn between chain hotels like Marriott and Orange Hotel. Ultimately, I chose this newly opened hotel because the facilities were brand new and it offered better value for money, so I decided to forgo the established chains for Hotel Mode. My overall stay was a mixed bag – some staff members were incredibly helpful, but there were significant issues with housekeeping and laundry services that severely detracted from the experience. Below, I'll objectively share my complete thoughts on the stay. First, let's talk about the highlights of my stay: The front desk staff were professional and attentive. They were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out, making for smooth communication. This was the biggest plus of my entire stay. The first night's experience was perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities worked flawlessly. It was the best night of my stay. The breakfast chef was very dedicated and prepared the food with care. The overall breakfast experience was excellent. Hotel security staff were exceptionally kind. On my last day, many guests were doing laundry, and a security guard went out of his way to watch over the laundry machines in the middle of the night so that guests departing the next day could have clean clothes. This gesture of kindness was truly touching. Now, let's address the major issues, which were the most disappointing aspects: The standard of room cleaning varied dramatically. Only the first day's cleaning met expectations, and from the second day onwards, there were continuous mistakes. Before I left the room on the second day, I specifically wrote down my instructions for items to be kept on the desk using the hotel's provided paper and pen, and I even personally reminded the cleaning staff. However, when I returned, my personal belongings on the desk were still arbitrarily discarded. Fortunately, most valuable items were recovered later, but some items were permanently lost, which I just had to accept as bad luck. Daily room cleaning was also very perfunctory; the replacement of toiletries and other disposable items was inconsistent. Many items were removed but not replenished, and the cleaning standards were generally subpar. The laundry service was particularly frustrating. I sent clothes for washing on the 21st, and the staff pre-packed them into separate bags. I thought I could just take my clean clothes, but when I opened the bags, I found that all the clothes were completely damp. They had become musty and smelly from being sealed while wet, essentially making the wash pointless. This completely undermined the security guard's kind gesture of watching over the machines late at night. In summary: The service from the front desk, breakfast chef, and security staff was commendable, and the new hotel's hardware was good. However, housekeeping management was lax, and the laundry service process had serious flaws. I hope the hotel can strengthen pre-job training for housekeeping staff and improve supervision of laundry room operations. Rectifying these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

"The hotel is quite new, and while the location isn't bustling, it boasts Atour's most premium decor style. The design is unique, fresh, and modern. The rooms are new, and according to our taxi driver, this area is a wealthy neighborhood. Although it's not right by a subway station, it's wonderfully quiet for sleeping. The front desk staff gave us lots of snacks, and even a cute little horse figurine for the Year of the Horse, which was a lovely touch! Overall, a very good impression!"

The room was clean and tidy, with well-equipped and functional amenities. Plus, there are dedicated photo spots, so you're guaranteed to get some great shots. "My first stay at the Nanning Baiman Hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was odor-free. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. It's very close to Qingxiu Mountain, just a short taxi ride away. "This hotel, recommended by my friend, is truly excellent! The environment is lovely and quiet, and the decor and smart features are fantastic. Most importantly, the front desk lady was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When I called and during check-in, she even playfully entertained and held my baby, which I really appreciated, especially a big shout-out to Ms. 018! The hotel's Mousse bedding was so comfortable that my little one fell asleep instantly. It really lives up to its brand reputation. Whenever I come to Wuming in the future, the Meiya Hotel will always be my first choice."

"The room was very new at Atour, but the maintenance was visibly poor; I suspect the facilities will be significantly worse next time I stay. The water stains (urine stains) on the white bathroom floor tiles were very obvious. Breakfast was the worst Atour breakfast I've ever had; every plate was greasy, and I couldn't find a single clean plate. Two eggs I peeled had a pungent odor and were spoiled—perhaps leftovers from the previous day were served?"

"My stay at the Hanting Hotel (previously known as Quanju Hotel) Greenland Plaza was very satisfying. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The room was spacious and bright, with a good separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and a stable hot water supply. The staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The self-service laundry room and gym were very practical. The location is in the core area of Qingshiu, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It offers great value for money."
