Highly recommend Durian Lane Homestay in Jiangnan District, Nanning! The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Zhoujiapo Metro Station. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, making it incredibly convenient for daily life and travel. Newly opened in 2024, the facilities are brand new, the rooms are clean and refreshing, the bay windows offer expansive views, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the nights are quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful sleep. Self-check-in is super convenient, and amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a dryer, and luggage storage are all available. Pets are also welcome. The receptionist is incredibly helpful, proactively sharing local travel and dining recommendations. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for solo travelers or groups, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanning!

The room facilities were complete, and it was very clean. My room wasn't ready when I checked in, so they upgraded me to a room with a movie theater. The receptionists were incredibly friendly; they even brought me an iced Coke when they saw I was sweating a lot. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

#Location Traffic is still more convenient around the traffic. It is seven or eight hundred meters from the Minzu Square subway station, on the side of Sixian Road. #The facilities on the room facilities are not too old, and it is still more comfortable to use. #Health corridor hygiene, room hygiene is also OK. #Service here is still better, there is no hot water in the room on the night of the trip, I called the boss a few times, maybe just bad. The boss sent a message the next morning at 6 o'clock. The attitude is still better. I can find another room to take a bath in the back.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the airport. When you check in, tell the front desk your flight time, and then a special car will pick you up and take you to the airport. The sound insulation is pretty good, you can't hear the noise even next to the airport. Breakfast is as shown in the picture.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning facilities are also new. The bathroom is complete and the shampoo is very fragrant. The receptionist is also very enthusiastic. He says hello every time he enters the door. The environment is good and the room is soundproofed. That's fine, I slept comfortably. If you have any questions, call the front desk. They will solve your problem quickly and efficiently. The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

A cozy and affordable hotel. It's easy to get to from the city center; I walked there. The staff was friendly! Thank you for your warm smiles! The room was large, clean, and cozy. The bed was also large and comfortable. The bed linens were clean. The room had everything you need, and even included little bonuses like a sleep mask and earplugs. No complaints. Everything was convenient and comfortable!

The hotel was a bit hard to find, because they don't have a reception and they didn't send any instructions beforehand. I had to ask around until I found them. The room was large, but a bit run down (dropping pipes in the bathroom, cables sticking out of the wall, etc.). But the location was very close to the Nanning railway station and there is a supermarket directly in the building.

I have mixed feelings about this place, it's cheap and a great location. However, it smelled damp and of smoke, despite the no smoking policy. If those things don't bother you, it's great, I myself I found it challenging. It was also a bit messy that there wasn't any storage, there was lockers, but they weren't usable or were locked. What they did well was communication, including sending me self checkin instructions and directions.
