"1. The bathroom's exhaust fan is too weak, leading to poor ventilation, but the shower was great with hot, strong water.
2. The doors aren't soundproofed at all; you can hear every word spoken in the hallway. The cleaning staff also tends to shout and chat loudly in the corridor, both in the evening and morning.
3. The room doesn't have air conditioning, and the fan is very noisy, so we had to sleep with the window open.
4. For a hotel located at an altitude of three to four thousand meters on a plateau, the oxygen concentrator was broken and there was no oxygen. We called someone to fix it, but it wasn't repaired, and there was no follow-up. They only gave us one oxygen tank to make do.
5. The complimentary travel photography session felt like a total scam and a waste of time. While it's not directly the hotel's fault, they clearly didn't vet their partners properly, leaving guests to suffer the consequences.
6. The coffee shop on the seventh floor has a bad atmosphere. During the day, groups of people gather to play cards and loudly, which is quite an eyesore.
7. The breakfast selection is limited, and more importantly, everything is cold. Apart from the congee and freshly made noodles, all the other stir-fried dishes were basically cold. We came to eat at 9 AM.
8. I personally think the value for money is very low; the scenery is more valuable than the service.
9. There was no pest control treatment. As soon as I entered the room, I found flying insects, and at night, I spotted moths. When I went to the coffee shop for afternoon tea, there were flies landing on the food. The next morning at breakfast, there were flies crawling on the bread, which was very unappetizing.
10. Parking is convenient, and the electric vehicle charging station is a nice touch."
