"Very cost-effective room. The hotel is very close to the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. However, because the room is in a building, I couldn't find it when I first came to the front desk. Fortunately, there was someone downstairs who pointed me to the fourth floor. I found that the rooms are all there. The elevator is an old-fashioned European elevator. The rooms are very high. Compared with some other hotels, they feel more relaxed and less oppressive. There is also a small balcony from which you can cross the train station. You can see Mount Vesuvius in the distance. This time I booked a room with breakfast. You can choose your own breakfast from a list. As long as you can eat it, you can choose a lot of breakfast😁"

The hotel has an elevator but it is not in service, the staff is super rude, they yell at you and do not accept credit cards (only the guy at breakfast was very kind), I do not recommend it at all."

"The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and literally at the entrance to the historic center. It's a good option if you're planning trips to neighboring cities. If you're looking for a more atmospheric or walkable area of Naples, I'd consider other locations. Overall, the area seemed safe, but we didn't spend much time wandering around at night. The hotel itself isn't a classic 4-star hotel, although perhaps that's how it's perceived in Old Naples. However, everything is clean and functioning properly, with no major issues. We stayed for six nights and had no problems with the house. The soundproofing is average. We had neighbors the first night, and with that occupancy, we would have woken up with them. However, by January 6th, almost everyone had left, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. There was no street noise: the windows overlooked an alleyway, so there was no view, but no sound either. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom worked perfectly, so there were no complaints. The room had a safe, refrigerator, TV, and kettle—the basics for a comfortable stay. We didn't order breakfast; we went to check it out and realized it wasn't for us. All in all, it's a decent, practical hotel for those who value proximity to transportation and the historic center, without high expectations for service or atmosphere."

"I booked this hotel because the room has a very good view. I was really touched when I arrived... But if you want to visit the city of Napoli, it is still a little far from the city. Because we took 4 trains from Napoli Central Station to here, and caught up with the strike on Sunday or the cable car was closed, we climbed a long mountain road to arrive. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros per person, and you can choose it yourself... Because we are going to Pompeii the next day, the station here Mergellina has a direct train to Pompeii, which is very convenient without transfer. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. In short, the scenery of the hotel is really nothing to say, the room is not big, but it is enough. When checking out, I took a taxi from the taxi point at the entrance of the hotel to mergellina station. The driver asked us for 10 euros. I don’t know if it’s expensive or normal. After all, it took us nearly 20 minutes to climb up😹😻😹"

"Where to start... Beautiful location, close to all main attractions and our favourite Spanish Quarter. Local amenities such as bars, restaurants, street food, shops. We can't be more grateful for Salvatore (the manager) who went above and beyond and made our stay memorable and extremely pleasant. He also arranged for day trips to Amalfi Coast and Capri. The rooms are spacious and clean. I assume staying in a room not facing via Chiaia might be a plus as the street is very busy. We stayed in a back one and it was very quite and relaxing. Brilliant cafe all around and one of the best places for cuopo and pizza in walking distance. Looking forward to visiting again, a d this time we might bring the kids if they behave of course. "
