Otherwise, you can go to the café opposite and have your snack next to the toilets with the smells that go with them. The temperature of the rooms is regulated by the owner who limits it to… 21.4 degrees! Last day, breakfast, although paid for, is delivered to us when we leave. We couldn't take it and left the hotel, with our son, without eating anything. No compensation was also offered by the receptionist even though their organization is failing. The wifi is random and the common areas are austere. In short, even if the decoration of the rooms has a certain charm, the level and services are well below what one might expect. "The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and literally at the entrance to the historic center. It's a good option if you're planning trips to neighboring cities. If you're looking for a more atmospheric or walkable area of ​​Naples, I'd consider other locations. Overall, the area seemed safe, but we didn't spend much time wandering around at night. The hotel itself isn't a classic 4-star hotel, although perhaps that's how it's perceived in Old Naples. However, everything is clean and functioning properly, with no major issues. We stayed for six nights and had no problems with the house. The soundproofing is average. We had neighbors the first night, and with that occupancy, we would have woken up with them. However, by January 6th, almost everyone had left, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. There was no street noise: the windows overlooked an alleyway, so there was no view, but no sound either. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom worked perfectly, so there were no complaints. The room had a safe, refrigerator, TV, and kettle—the basics for a comfortable stay. We didn't order breakfast; we went to check it out and realized it wasn't for us. All in all, it's a decent, practical hotel for those who value proximity to transportation and the historic center, without high expectations for service or atmosphere."
