"This suite (or rather a room) is centrally located on Via Toledo. It is safe as there are multiple guards in the building. It’s a mix of local residents and Airbnb-type of accommodation. The place is quite funky as it features a huge bath tub in the living room, with the view over Via Toledo! (We never used it.) There’s a reception person during the day but you can arrange the key outside regular hours. It’s easy to communicate with the suite and they are helpful in giving tips re: parking or restaurants. A very good option if you need a place to stay in Napoli."

"Facilities: The bed was very comfortable, spacious, and the room was quiet with good air conditioning. Plus, the mini-bar was complimentary! Environment: It's about a 6-minute walk to the train station and metro, passing several breakfast spots along the way. There's also a supermarket within a 6-minute walk, and the Alibus to the airport departs right from the train station entrance."

"I had a wonderful stay at Maison Petronilla! The room was beautifully renovated, comfortable and well stocked with coffee, tea and snacks. Check in was smooth and I was welcomed by Richard and Roger who were very friendly and accommodating. Roger was especially helpful also during checkout, and I am very grateful. I only stayed for one night but I wished I was staying for longer. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. For travelers who want to explore the historic center or need easy access to the cruise terminal, the location is excellent. The room itself was very spacious and had a charming, classic Italian style with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. It felt authentic and had a unique atmosphere that made our short stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. Cleanliness was average, as some areas of the room could have been maintained better. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Naples thanks to its excellent location and spacious, character-filled rooms. However, improvements in cleanliness and especially the air conditioning would make the experience much better. Rating: 4/5 for location and atmosphere, 3/5 overall comfort."
