GGuest UserThis property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesnโt answer texts or phone calls and doesnโt leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

@@alamarjiThe stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .
For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator
There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

First of all, it's not a hostel, but a hotel in front of the station, and the price is exceptional. Although it was close to the central station, the cobblestone pavement in Naples was so rough that it felt far away (lol).The room was extremely small. I was actually impressed that such a small hotel existed. For some reason, Google Maps pointed me to the back of the hotel, and I was only able to get there after being guided by a local, so I'd better be careful. There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage. The only amenities are shampoo. Also, while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a strange insect in 8 places (I don't think it was a tick since there were no blood-sucking marks...), and on top of that, I got a lot of bites on my right hand, and my right hand was swollen all over ๐ Even though I didn't even scratch it. Isn't it dangerous that the place where you were bitten becomes swollen?
However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was also delicious!

However, on the first day of check-in, I was told that the city tax could only be paid in cash. The staff who collected the city tax was a bit impatient, which was not very convenient for foreigners.
