I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is beautifully designed with a contemporary look, making it both modern and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the functional amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hot water supply was consistent, which was a big plus! What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel. The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apartments actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

The hotel caused mixed feelings)). Positive: Convenient location in the city center, close to the metro and attractions. There is a supermarket nearby. The room is clean. What I didn't like: a quest with check-in (in principle, everything is clearly explained, what buttons, but you need to go through 3 closed doors). The location of the air conditioner under the window and behind the curtain)). You can hear it from the neighboring room, namely from the toilet (as if it were in your room). And most importantly - there was no hot water either in the morning or in the evening, only during the day. Would I go to this hotel again, I don't think so

Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!
