"I think the location is super good; it's very convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage, as it's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. It's very quiet, and there's a public study area with outlets and a great view! There are common areas on the first floor and every other floor, all suitable for studying! The first floor also has many interesting books, which is fantastic 👍. However, they don't offer pasta or coffee, and the wet and dry areas aren't well-separated, so water tends to get everywhere. Also, the outlets by the bed don't have a small shelf to put things on, which is a bit inconvenient, and there are no hooks or hangers. The bed curtain is nice, but... it doesn't cover the head of the bed because there's an open-cut panel. The water pressure is excellent, and the temperature is good, plus toiletries and towels are provided! But sometimes the toiletries are hard to dispense."

"This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience."

"A good, clean 3-star hotel in Italy. The room is quiet and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that there is no kettle, fridge, or safe in the room. "The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit."

"Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"The staff's English was fluent and accent-free, making communication a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Naples promenade with plenty of dining options nearby. There's a metro station right downstairs; if you're heading to Pompeii, it's a direct one-hour ride without needing to change at the central station, which is super convenient. Getting to the city center only takes about 20 minutes, and it's away from the noise and less safe areas around the main train station, so the location is pretty good overall. The continental breakfast offered a decent variety and good value for money. I especially loved the breakfast room's rich, retro, almost Art Deco vibe. The rooms were reasonably spacious, but both rooms we were assigned had a step-down right inside the entrance, which you need to be careful of, especially when entering or getting up at night, to avoid tripping. Also, since it's an old building that's been converted, there's only one small elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with multiple people, as you can't all go up at once. Other than these minor points, everything else was quite good."

"The hotel room is quite spacious, and the decor is nice. It's also relatively clean. The only downside is that the shower and bathtub are combined in the bathroom, which made me a bit worried about slipping. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the station, making it very convenient. There are even police officers stationed at the hotel entrance, which made me feel quite secure. I'd recommend staying here if you're traveling by train early in the morning or late at night."
