"The room is in a great location, cleaned every day, and the cleaning staff are very friendly. However, on the first day of check-in, I was told that the city tax could only be paid in cash. The staff who collected the city tax was a bit impatient, which was not very convenient for foreigners."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserUnfortunately my flight was cancelled so I could not stay at Magris
There was no refund
However I tried to contact them even before the flight was cancelled and their phone did not work
I wanted to find out about transport from the airport
Sadly the lack of communication and service before I even got there would stop me trying to re- book
Maybe it was good luck that Wizzair cancelled last minute- though it didn’t seem like it at the time 😭
YYuzhouwudishandianchaorenA very advanced youth hostel🥲, the doors are opened with app and Bluetooth, the front desk is very friendly, and a welcome drink is given. There is karaoke in the evening. Although the bathroom is public, it is very clean. The location is impeccable, very close to the scenic spot, very close to the subway station, and there is a supermarket nearby. The only drawback may be that the bed looks old.... It will make a loud noise if you move it a little...🥲
GGuest UserA decent hotel for the star rating, our room was small but fine for 2 nights. Great air conditioning.
Good location for exploring and not far from the train station and Centro storica.
Great terrace area to watch the world go by.
Staff are very helpful and the continental breakfast is good. They provided gluten free options.
GGuest UserHi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

PParlareA good, clean 3-star hotel in Italy. The room is quiet and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that there is no kettle, fridge, or safe in the room. The Wi-Fi is average – it’s generally fine for calls and watching videos, but it can occasionally disconnect.
Breakfast is basic: just coffee and a pastry. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for a simple and peaceful place to stay.
AAnonymous UserNice room, it was a pity that I felt a disgusting smell from the bathroom that woke me up in the morning together with the ****** of 7:30 from the breakfast room.
My cappuccino had no good taste, I think the milk was lost.
But, in sum, it is not bad.
I would return because the position is super central es the very nice design, but I would carry a couple of ears taps with me 🧐
GGuest UserIt remains one of my favorite hotels in Naples, obviously when the price is right with my expectations.
Central, but not noisy, when I asked for a quiet room, they immediately did their best to change the booked one, for a really quiet internal one. Large, clean room, sheets and towels changed every day, nice and pleasant room.
Plus excellent and abundant breakfast.
Well done
