Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

The hotel I stayed at when I crossed the border from Suifenhe to Russia had a very generous breakfast and a very unique and nice room. I would recommend it. It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit difficult to get by by bus; it's about a 1.6-kilometer walk. The room was very elegant and boutique, and I was very satisfied.

I came to Hengdaohezi for a long time. I also chose Xinya Hotel for a long time in terms of accommodation. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was great, and the boss’s service attitude was very good. The most consequential thing was that I didn’t step on thunder. We are not familiar with the route boss and carefully divided the route for us, where we need to pay attention. The next day we also played splashing water into ice, the boss also told us the best location haha, in short, a very pleasant stay experience, there is nothing wrong with choosing Xinya Hotel, recommended!

The windows and sound insulation of the room facing the street are not very good. There are three barbecue shops downstairs. Someone drank too much and fought at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The tenant next door shouted loudly until midnight. If you are awakened, people who are not easy to sleep should be cautious! Overall it's ok.

The hotel is great, with a good location near the central square and Qingyun Supermarket, making life very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, a clean environment, and is not far from major attractions, making it an ideal choice for business travelers!

I didn't originally stay at this hotel, but because the room I booked was sold out, Ctrip customer service called me to arrange a new room for me, and I didn't have to pay the price difference. Home Inns are clean, tidy and comfortable. I will continue to choose Ctrip next time I travel.

The exterior looks ordinary and the facilities are a bit shabby, but for this price, I don't think there is anything to complain about. Personally, I think the beds are relatively neat and clean, and there is free WiFi, which is unexpected. The customer service was a new guy, his skills needed to be improved, and he couldn't provide passenger information. There was only one bus to Vladivostok a day, and I checked out at 7 o'clock, but I had to wait at the station until 1:30. Overall good

The owner is very kind. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we will able to communicate by using Wechat. The location of the property is about 8-10 minute walk to Harbin Railway Station. Heilongjiang Provincial Musuem is also walking distance. And Carrefour is about 10 minute walk of you want to buy groceries. Hot water is present. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for the price I paid.
