NNaresh KVThe view of this villa is spectacular and stunning especially with the infinite pool. The villa was clean and perfectly organised. The location of the place is a bit off as difficulty moving in and out to Ao Nang street provided you follow the shuttle of the villa. Grab usually will not drive up to the hill but can request the shuttle to fetch from entrance at down hill. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. No much choices of breakfast for vegetarian.

JJanicejnI absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff. They have a pick-up that takes you to and from the beach for free, although you can take a walk through the market and the shops (30 minutes slowly). The cabins are spacious, cozy and very well acclimatized. I would repeat without hesitation.

AAnonymous UserWe were travelling with 3 kids. The pro's: The buggy riders were nice with warm smiles everytime we took the ride. The resort is situated in the lush rainforest, suitable for nature lovers.8 The cons (unfortunately more than the pro's) We arrived late because of the flight delay twice, and our luggage did not arrive with us as well. So we are family of 5 who arrived in a foreign country with no other clothes apart from what we were wearing. There were a miscommunication about the booking, and the hotel receptionist simply said it was against our policy since we booked the room for 2 person only, without any emphathy or sympathy, till I needed to say, the extra person were only kids. Then only the manager got out and offer us solution. Again our luggage arrived late on our second day there, every time we asked about our luggage, the receptionist simply say, no your luggage had not arrived, then she looked away from me, without offering any help! The cleanliness is average, which is not standard to a 4 star hotel. They did not provide plastic bags for the dustbins. We have to pick up the used towels and give it to the cleaner because she will not collect them unless we told them to do so. The hotel room, swimming pool and reception were far away from each other and warrants buggy ride. For a family with small kids, this may not be suitable. Overall this is not a memorable experience, the hospitality (apart from the very nice buggy riders) really requires improvement.

MMarlé South AfricaReally beautiful place. What a nice find. Our room is amazing and big and new. Great breakfast. Nice pool, but they could put more chairs there to lie on. No alcohol is served on the property but you can bring your own. Beautiful places to walk. Can also kayak in the lagoon. Many daily activities (some free). Also a free ride to Railay beach if you want. We loved our stay here. Check out is just a bit too early, 11am.

Our housekeeper was also very responsible! I really enjoyed the breakfasts; they were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the gym: the air conditioning was always either very weak or didn't work at all, which turned your workout into a sauna. The equipment was very old, and it was always quite dusty. It definitely needs improvement.

EExpat EDventuresA porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright. This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

The fixed timetable for pickups and drop-offs is very convenient. 👍 **Accommodation:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The accommodation is very peaceful and private. I stayed in a Deluxe Spa room, which was fantastic, featuring a spa tub right in the room throughout my 4-day stay. 👍 **Service:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service was superb! The staff were always cheerful and friendly, reflecting excellent value for money. (I deducted one star because I wished there was staff available to assist with luggage to the room). 👍 **Facilities:** ⭐⭐⭐ The facilities offer a good range of amenities. The swimming pool is large and nice. There's a gym, but unfortunately, it lacks air conditioning. A golf course is available, but it's located a bit further away from the property, requiring travel to play. 👍 **Breakfast:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Throughout my 4-day stay, the breakfast menu remained the same. The taste was acceptable, though the variety was limited. However, the staff's service was excellent. Unfortunately, when an Indian tour group was present, food items ran out quickly, and the staff struggled to replenish them in time. 👍 **Overall:** ☺️😘 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ All things considered – the service, accommodation, food, and facilities – we believe this is a place worth revisiting!

HH RanatungaThis hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too.
