GGuest UserHad a pleasant stay here. Excellent location, just a 5–10 minute walk to Ao Nang Beach. The staff are lovely and welcoming.
There are plenty of daily activities available, so you’ll never get bored.
The hotel also offers a mobile app (available on the App Store) that makes it easy to communicate with the front desk and order in-room dining.

SSimonAsiaI stayed at this resort for seven days and it far exceeded my expectations. Besides the comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, incredible pool and dining options, what makes this hotel really special is the people who work here. They are the friendliest , kindest and most thoughtful and service-oriented staff I have encountered at the many hotels I have stayed at across Thailand. They go out go their way to make you feel special and not just a number. Just to name a few of the people who made my stay here incredible are Lucho, Ice , Far, Cream, Boy and Yoy. Everyone who works here is an asset to this business. I will recommend this resort to others and I will visit again. Thank you.

GGuest UserWe booked twin room, the room is spacious. Yes, mosquitoes in everywhere in the hotel and the room. Even if you constantly closed the sliding window, somewhere mosquitos will still fly into your room.
BUT..this is still not the worst experience we had in this hotel. The awful and horrible breakfast ruined our holidays. Firstly the food selections are very few but the worst is the food tastes awful. The fried vermicelli (not in the photo) tastes so bad. The fried noodle (in the photo) taste weird and awful. And other food taste so bad. This is really below the food standard in Thailand/Krabi. Food is the same everyday (except they changed 2 hot food but taste awful). Note: I stayed in another hotel in Krabi and the breakfast was much much better. Total 8 of us have the same feedback that the food were awful.
We provided feedback twice to the waiter in the breakfast area that the noodle taste weird. He just IGNORED us. The right way is to convey our feedback to the chef and management for improvement.
We will not be back. You can get better room in other hotels nearby and MUCH better breakfast for a cheaper price. Don’t be deceived by some good reviews on the breakfast.

AAnonymous UserHad this on offer for 3 nights at S$95. It’s low season and the hotel was pretty quiet (saw only 3-4 other guests and almost nobody at the swimming pool most of the time. Good thing is the service is fast and excellent.
My room was at the highest level and at the junction of the main road. It was of a decent size, clean but some things needed fixing during the off season. The balcony door could not be locked and one of the curtains was damaged but still managed to fully close. Someone next door could have climbed over but being just beside the main road would have discouraged that. The toilet paper holder was damaged but still somehow held on to dear life. The tap/faucet kept falling off, which is a huge annoyance. Hot water wasn’t hot enough. In fact it was barely warm which meant that I didn’t turn on the cold water at all to shower! The bathroom had a sliding door which kept opening if not locked, and that hid the wardrobe and safe box which I struggled to find after checking in. There wasn’t any lights in the wardrobe. Air conditioning was noisy even at the lowest setting. My room was at the junction of the main road which meant there was a bit of noise but it didn’t bother me much.
The great feature was the small pool. It’s clean and regularly maintained. I saw people check the water condition during my stay. From my side of the hotel, it is only accessible by stairs. The hotel also provides a basket with a beach mat and 2 towels, which is a lovely gesture. I’m unsure how they get returned and cleaned though as there are no instructions and also no towels or towel baskets at the pool.
Overall, the stay tolerable with no show stoppers. If they can fix the above issues then the stay would be perfect!

I along with my wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. This hotel served a great experience to my family. They liked it very much. The hotel provides neat and clean, spacious room with all amnities. There have been a nice swimming pool, which is favoured by my daughter, complimentary buffet breakfast and item variations also great, location is also great very close to the Ao nang beach.Staffs are very polite, supportive and tourist oriented. There is a kids playroom also.

LLaurenSimpThis is a nice clean hotel, with a lovely pool and decent buffet breakfast. We had a pool view room that was spacious enough for our 4 nights stay. It is roughly a 20min walk down to Ao Nang beach but grabs and local tuk tuks are available.

SSaritha’sWe had a great time staying here. Front officer ms sweetie was very lovely and helpful in making our stay a pleasant holiday. Received a surprise birthday cake since we checked in on my birthday. Breakfast buffet in pano cafe had a great atmosphere with beautiful view facing cliff and ocean. Chef Sanjay and team at pano cafe need an extra appreciation for greeting the guest and getting their feedback on the food and the stay. Overall no regrets and will definitely come again

LLimtIt is a great resort. The service of staffs are extremely friendly. Book The ocean view suites. Nice and spacious. However had to climb multiple flight of steps to the room unless you take their golf car to your building. Then again another flight of steps to the lift. Not too fun if you hurt your legs.
The room had a jacuzzi tub which is nice , but when we start filling up the tub, a lot of hair start floating in the water , hence we decided not to used it.
Toothbrush are not provided , if you do need one request from the counter.
The weird thing is that they only provide 1 door card. Hence if you are going out separately, you have to coordinate on the return with your other half.
The fridge is only functioning when the door card is plugged into. I bought a cake and it melted as we are out of the room with the door card.
However overall it is still a nice hotel.
