GGuest UserVery convenient location near the beach. Nice and friendly stuffs. Spacious and clean room. There are many activities offered by the resort. There is a kid club which is great for families with small kids. Breakfast offers varieties of foods and some chicken/meat options are labeled as halal, made it easier for Muslim guests. Overall great place to stay.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

YYanyun3188The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, and it's just 200 meters off the main road, so the location is pretty good. The rooms are nice, each with a balcony. I think the rooms with a limestone view have the best scenery. Breakfast is plentiful, served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and you can sit either indoors or outdoors, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works very well, and the pool is great for families. The lobby is open-air, so the lack of AC there is a bit awkward. Overall, Krabi offers good value for money for a vacation!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great, is by the main road, so solo female travellers don't have to worry about walking in dark alley. There are 711s, many massage places and food places just a few steps away. The service is great! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, I was attended to by P'Maria, she helped me with my check in and with the bookings of my day trips. Amazing service! The room I got has pool access, and it was a huge room too! Love it. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Krabi.

SSamuel IGreat for relaxation, the view is awesome from the room. The staff are rather flexible with check in time which I am very thankful for. Room is extremely clean and spacious. Has private parking and it guarded all the time, so i can park with an ease of mind.

SSaritha’sWe had a great time staying here. Front officer ms sweetie was very lovely and helpful in making our stay a pleasant holiday. Received a surprise birthday cake since we checked in on my birthday. Breakfast buffet in pano cafe had a great atmosphere with beautiful view facing cliff and ocean. Chef Sanjay and team at pano cafe need an extra appreciation for greeting the guest and getting their feedback on the food and the stay. Overall no regrets and will definitely come again

GGuest UserThe hotel is great in terms of location, staff responsiveness and amenities, but the room I stayed in has poor sound insulation, and I lay awake until about 1:30 AM for both nights because the family stayed in the neighboring room kept making noise. Please be aware when you book that some rooms are connected by two doors I think for flexibility of arrangement in case a large family comes to stay, but the doors in the middle are just not sound-proof, if you can, make sure to avoid these type of rooms.

LLimtIt is a great resort. The service of staffs are extremely friendly. Book The ocean view suites. Nice and spacious. However had to climb multiple flight of steps to the room unless you take their golf car to your building. Then again another flight of steps to the lift. Not too fun if you hurt your legs. The room had a jacuzzi tub which is nice , but when we start filling up the tub, a lot of hair start floating in the water , hence we decided not to used it. Toothbrush are not provided , if you do need one request from the counter. The weird thing is that they only provide 1 door card. Hence if you are going out separately, you have to coordinate on the return with your other half. The fridge is only functioning when the door card is plugged into. I bought a cake and it melted as we are out of the room with the door card. However overall it is still a nice hotel.
