This hotel is perfectly situated for those who love a jungle getaway. It boasts two small sandy beaches. We were warned that monkeys might visit, but during our 3-night stay, we only encountered kittens, crabs, hermit crabs, and herons. Long Beach is nearby, but the path to get there is an inconvenient jungle trail. In some spots, you need to hold onto ropes to climb up or down, so we didn't go there much. Breakfast, in our opinion, was a 3 out of 5. The selection wasn't huge, and there were a lot of flies and gnats that you couldn't escape from during breakfast. The pier is about a 15-minute walk along the coastal paths. Boat transfers to the hotel from the pier (for check-in) seem to be available hourly. Tickets for speedboats or ferries off the island can be purchased directly at the hotel.

The road to the hotel is quite scenic, though you need to be careful in some spots. And the views!!! Wow!!! There's a free boat service from the hotel, but the walk was truly impressive, an absolute pleasure. It's quiet, apart from the cicadas, and be careful – monkeys visit the balcony. The room is very cozy. There are pajamas, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face cream, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, a mini-bar (chargeable), and two complimentary bottles of water. Long Beach is not far to walk to. Breakfasts in the morning are good, with plenty of food.

Booked the cheapest room, but got a free upgrade upon arrival. Also they allowed me to check-in earlier, which was very nice. The house I stayed in was very clean, no bugs at all. Some things to keep in mind: - the resort is quite big, so if you end up staying in farther houses, you’ll need to walk to the restaurant and Viking beach for around 5 minutes. The pathways are kinda steep, so it can be inconvenient for elderly and kids or at night; - the walk from the pier to the resort takes around 25 minutes. The views along the way are spectacular. The pathway is manageable even if you wear flip-flops, but I don’t think you should try it if your group has an elder or a kid. I’ll attach some photos of the path for reference; - there’s a lot of cats! Sadly I didn’t have any cat food with me. So if you have a chance, bring cat food! 😁 - you can actually walk to the Long Beach, it will take 5 minutes or so. But the path is not for a weak… You need to hold ropes to climb or to get down. The last photo is the part of that path.

Great quiet place to stay, easy to walk to town, far enough not to have the doof doof from town centre keeping you awake. Bathtub plug didn’t work, maybe ask if it’s working if that’s a feature you are after. Otherwise the place was brilliant, great view, lots of space, very romantic location. Food was great at the restaurant. Saw monkeys wandering around resort and there are cute cats everywhere on the island. Great diving even in low season. Black tip reef sharks, moray eels, clown fish, so much amazing corals.

The front desk proactively upgraded our room. The room itself was very artistic, and the environment was quite pleasant. Monkeys would even come up to the balcony! The hotel also has its own private beach. It's very convenient to walk to Long Beach and the pier.

This hotel is incredibly atmospheric, right on the beachfront. You can see and hear the ocean from your room. The bungalows are really cool. Since we visited off-season and there were available rooms, we received a free upgrade from a small room to a villa, which was a lovely surprise! The balcony has a super comfortable hammock, and everything in the room is thoughtfully designed, including a mosquito net around the bed. One time, a family of monkeys came right to the entrance of our bungalow, and we had to wait for them to leave because we couldn't get back inside, but that was an adventure in itself!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful. The sand was great. The only downside is that the tap water is bitter, so you can't brush your teeth with it. The staff are friendly.

I loved everything about the accommodation! 🫶 A beautiful apartment in a combination of earthy colors and wood that I would move into and stay for months if I could. A small, heavenly bay and a wonderful sandy beach with turquoise warm sea where you can easily stay for hours. Two wonderful masseuses in whose hands you can happily and confidently surrender and enjoy a massage right next to the sea. Words cannot describe the beauty of the accommodation and surroundings. A little piece of heaven on earth. I highly recommend it! 🌴🌅🌴
