Amazing
GGuest UserBooked the cheapest room, but got a free upgrade upon arrival. Also they allowed me to check-in earlier, which was very nice. The house I stayed in was very clean, no bugs at all.
Some things to keep in mind:
- the resort is quite big, so if you end up staying in farther houses, you’ll need to walk to the restaurant and Viking beach for around 5 minutes. The pathways are kinda steep, so it can be inconvenient for elderly and kids or at night;
- the walk from the pier to the resort takes around 25 minutes. The views along the way are spectacular. The pathway is manageable even if you wear flip-flops, but I don’t think you should try it if your group has an elder or a kid. I’ll attach some photos of the path for reference;
- there’s a lot of cats! Sadly I didn’t have any cat food with me. So if you have a chance, bring cat food! 😁
- you can actually walk to the Long Beach, it will take 5 minutes or so. But the path is not for a weak… You need to hold ropes to climb or to get down. The last photo is the part of that path.

I had an amazing sleep with nature sounds. Woke up absolutely fresh and didn’t want to leave the hotel.
Moreover I was able to see an amazing buffalo and even took a part in photos😍😍😍

AantikorrThis pretty new hotel is located right beside the Tonsai Pier, which is bery convenient if you are travelling to Phi Phi with a lot of baggage. Despite its location, it was was quiet during the nights so we had a good sleep. Lots of great cafes are nearby, including Much & Mellow and Mango Garden where you can have western style breakfast and brunch.
The hotel stuff was super friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the early check-in that was provided to free.
Also the view from our room was super cool! And the room itself was fresh and cozy.
Overall a nice hotel to stay at.

TTutudajieda1. The location is absolutely fantastic, just 170 meters from Tonsai Pier, making it super convenient for island hopping. There are also plenty of 7-Elevens and other shops nearby.
2. The soundproofing within the room is average (a common issue), but it's pretty good at blocking out noise from outside. You wouldn't believe someone was still playing music at 2 AM, but I only heard a faint sound indoors. The master bedroom has no windows, and the bathroom has a small one, so it can get a bit stuffy if you stay too long. It has air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, dental kits, and a fridge. It's small but has everything you need.
3. The hygiene was good, very clean. The lady at the front desk with glasses was incredibly kind and helpful. Three women even helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. After checking out, I was sitting outside, and they asked if I wanted to come back in (it was really hot outside) or if I wanted some water. They were just wonderful.
4. The bed was a bit soft, and it was indeed a bit high, but I don't mind those things; they're all the same to me.
I forgot to take photos. The room is small, with a large bed taking up three-quarters of the space. It's a must-have for budget travelers. I feel it's much better than staying on Boracay. Getting around is incredibly convenient and it's also very quiet. The mango smoothie next door is quite tasty.

GGuest UserGood hotel. No breakfast. Clean. The water runs well. There's a hairdryer. It's away from the busy street, but it's about a 15-minute walk to the pier/beach. Keep that in mind if you have small children. Overall, I liked it.

GGuest UserGreat location, and the small bungalows and houses look quite nice. However, the front area near the beach, including the pool and restaurant, wasn't very well-maintained and was partly dirty. The pool water was cloudy and not very inviting, so I didn't use it. I had a 'new room,' which sounds good, but it wasn't. It was inadequately furnished – nowhere to put luggage, no chair... and it was very unclean. It seemed nothing had been cleaned after construction, as protective plastic was still stuck everywhere. The wardrobe was just a rail where the kettle and other items were also placed. At least they quickly brought me more hangers when I asked. The only really good thing was the new sun loungers on the balcony. My room wasn't cleaned, and when I inquired, I was told I had to leave my room key at reception for that. Seriously? I've never encountered that before, and it would have been helpful if they had informed me. Breakfast was very basic, and I didn't like the coffee. However, the à la carte dinner was delicious.

GGuest UserI booked the Ocean Cliff Villa. I am was here on April 19th, and there were not alot people. They have a boat service that picks you up, and drops you off room the pier. There were maybe only 15 - 20 guest , and no kids were there 🙏🏿! The hotel is very excluded from the rest of the island, which is great if you enjoy calm, peace, and quiet.
The room was very clean, and all amenities worked properly. (I like it cold, and the AC was very powerful). The WiFi in my room was strong. I streamed Netflix, watched the NBA playoffs, and facetimed my mama while I was here. The staff was very friendly. They always helped us with our bags, gave extra towels when needed, and would give us a ride up the hill if they saw us walking. The room I purchased was indeed up a slope so be very mindful of that if you have limitations.
The breakfast was included in my room, and it was good. For lunch/Dinner I ordered chicken fried rice and beef pad thai. It was very good. I am also very greedy and I eat almost anything so I am not the best person to give a food review, lol.
I only stayed on night and I am seriously considering adjusting my vacation schedule so I can come back before I return to the states. 1 night was not enough.
If you want to party, please do not ome here, and disturb the peace. There are plenty of other places in Thailand for that. If you want to kick back, vibe, and relax this is your place.

GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus is the location. It's a 400m walk from the pier. The room is average, nothing fancy. Small but cozy. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't really move around if there are two people. The shower is just a hole, but there's hot water. It's a standard room. The grounds are beautiful. But the pool, that's just fantastic! There's a big pool and a smaller one for kids. The views from the pool out to the sea are also great.

But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats.
The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches.
Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious.
If you want to arrange a transfer upon arrival, contact the hotel directly via WhatsApp, as the TripCom chat was lengthy and unproductive.
