The Tokyo Edition, Ginza

The service was excellent, and the location couldn't be more convenient. They even have Chinese-speaking staff. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, right in the heart of Ginza. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip; it was a perfect stay!

Excellent location, you can shop right outside the hotel and easily return to rest when you're tired. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

The service was excellent, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese. We stayed for two nights and booked dinner-inclusive rates for both. On the second day, they kindly adjusted the menu for us. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is also great, making it very convenient for shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Ginza, and the room size is quite generous. Since the hotel is relatively new and in such a prime Ginza location where space is at a premium, it's understandable that there aren't many common areas.

Our room was right across from the elevator and didn't have much of a view. However, from the moment we checked in until we left, all the staff were very friendly and almost always greeted us with a smile. The only exception was a white male waiter with glasses at breakfast who completely ignored us, while being very attentive to the white guests at the table next to us. This obvious racial discrimination was very disappointing and cast a shadow over our entire stay, also negatively impacting the hotel's brand image.

The room was great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the location in the heart of Ginza was super convenient for public transport, especially for getting to the Imperial Palace for a run. The only downside was the lack of a swimming pool and the very limited equipment in the gym.

The hotel entrance is quite small, and the lobby is tiny. They offered soft drinks and desserts during check-in. Both the front desk and the buffet restaurant had Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel is within walking distance of Ginza, making shopping very convenient.
