This hotel has a great design and a spacious feel. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It gives off a vibe of upward mobility, and with a mall right downstairs, everything is super convenient.

The hotel is stylish, clean, and has excellent service. I'd definitely come back again. Plus, there's a shopping street downstairs, which is really convenient and pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Andaz Tokyo overall. I loved the natural wood aesthetic, which gave off a subtle, old-money vibe – very quiet and refined. The service was also incredibly attentive. We stayed for four nights and even got upgraded to a Tokyo Tower view room, so we could see the Tokyo Tower right from our window. The breakfast, which we had for four consecutive days, was excellent. Compared to the Imperial Hotel, it definitely caters more to modern tastes. Both the hot and cold coffees were delicious. The à la carte udon, the cured meats, cheeses, and salads from the buffet, and the daily freshly sliced fruits were all outstanding. The lounge on the upper floor offered drinks and snacks all day. It was great to grab some chocolates and snacks to take back to the room to enjoy with a drink. The whole experience was fantastic – I'd say it's the best Andaz I've ever stayed at.

This is genuinely my favorite room in Tokyo! You get a direct view of the Tokyo Tower right opposite. The front desk service was absolutely excellent and incredibly warm. There was a lovely Chinese lady at breakfast who was worried about my food allergies; she insisted on explaining everything to me personally. And when I accidentally picked up some seafood, a server immediately noticed and came over to warn me. Fearing a misunderstanding, they even called the Chinese lady back to clarify. Seriously, it was fantastic. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are spacious. The view is great; you can see the Tokyo Tower.

After the final exams, I took my kids for a few days of vacation. The first part of our trip involved two exhausting days at two Disney parks, so arriving at this hotel felt like salvation. Communication was seamless, even though my English isn't great, the staff were incredibly patient and attentive. Since we wanted to sleep in, we opted for in-room service after waking up. Ordering was super easy, and all the hot food was delivered in insulated containers. My kids absolutely loved it, so much so that they kept asking to order room service after our shopping sprees later on! 😂 _The delivery staff were very professional; they even took off their shoes before entering the room. The room's decor and furnishings were all solid wood, with no strange odors, which made us feel very safe. Check-out was smooth as well, with a Mandarin-speaking staff member proactively assisting us. The location is excellent; it's easy to hail a cab right downstairs. I'll definitely bring my family back here again.

The views from the tower are unbeatable, and the room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently located above Toranomon Hills, which has a great shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The surrounding area is also quiet and comfortable, a nice contrast to the hustle and bustle I experienced when staying in Shinjuku. Overall, it's definitely worth the price.
