The hotel infrastructure was sleek but elegant. Most impressive was the fact that despite the hotel only opened a month ago, everything worked! Room is spacious, all relevant facilities are available. Rooms are quiet and blinds are dark. Staff was super friendly. Only area of improvement is the fact that there is no 24/7 room service. Room service stops at 10pm which is very early for a 5* hotel of this class.

Miyavi's Christmas dinner show was being held here, so I chose to stay at this hotel. It's a newly opened JW Marriott, and the taxi driver wasn't even familiar with it, taking me to another nearby older Marriott. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which was very large. The room was quiet, and the service was good.

One of the best front desk & conceirge team. Japanese omotenashi, politeness, and professional manners. Mr Lau provides great warm welcoming. Health club facilites are a bit dissapointed with average gym and no bath. Club lounge is okay, it could be more polished. Breakfast is small but good quality. It is a bit odd that sky lobby doesnt have any view. Room/ suite are oversized, modern and extremely comfort.
