"Dirty towels (with traces of feces!), awful reception service by Natalia and not better by her manager, extremely slippery after the rain (and you don’t see where is slippery where is not, so I fall down several times!). Room cleaning staff is mega noisy. Restaurants got closed due to the rain - no breakfast nothing. So as good as the facility is (except the noise isolation), the hotel is a NO GO for me. And I’m someone who has stayed in 500+ hotels and own 4 smaller hotels myself."

Daniel and Carlos at the pool are just awesome—always kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Omar in the valet reception area is always smiling, happy to see us, and ALWAYS takes the time to ask how our stay is going. The staff is one of the biggest reasons we return year after year. They consistently make us feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home. Please pass along our sincere thanks to each of them for making another vacation so memorable! P.S. - our first visit since the remodel. Everything looks great! Rooms are so bright and airy, lots of nice touches for comfort and ease of access."
