"Don't book this hotel! The room's electricity was faulty after I checked in, and it wasn't restored until I checked out the next day. The hotel claimed it wasn't their problem and showed no intention of fixing it. It's very noisy because it's close to the pier. Don't book whale watching or other similar activities through the hotel; their prices are very high. Just book directly at the pier. The front desk staff were indifferent. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in abroad."

Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped."

"Room was simple , you pay for what you get. I booked for 5 nights, but had to leave after the 2nd night as they were carrying out construction works, which led to the TV in the room getting dislodged, crashed onto the floor and made it dangerous for me to continue staying there. I tried to explain the situation to the staff, explaining how I didn't feel safe to stay there any longer, and all they could tell me was "Sorry we can't issue a refund". Packed up and left immediately."
