Booked the Nautical Suite for a trip with friends, and the overall experience was a mixed bag. Pros: The environment truly exceeded expectations (5/5), creating a great vacation vibe. The facilities and cleanliness were also quite good. Cons: The service attitude and hidden fees were very frustrating (only 3/5)! On the first night, we found a cockroach in our room. After reporting it to the hotel, we were moved to a different room, but then the hotel tried to charge us a 'cleaning fee'! It's completely unreasonable to make guests pay for a room change caused by their own hygiene issues. Additionally, I clearly booked an **all-inclusive** package, yet I was still charged extra taxes separately, making the fees extremely opaque. Summary: The hotel's hardware and environment are indeed good, but if you want a hassle-free vacation, be prepared to deal with potentially unreasonable charges.

According to my reservation, everything was paid for, but in the end, they charged me $5 per day for common area disinfection. The reservation states a sanitation fee, and that this app should refund me that money.

I booked a 3-night stay at Marina Festa starting February 20th, but upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available and was directed to a different hotel owned by the same owner. Marina Festa faces the marina, but the other hotel was in a poor location. This is the worst hotel; they overbook guests and then direct them to unpopular hotels owned by the same owner.
