"Linyi has developed beyond my imagination, and that naturally adds to my impression of the local food and accommodation. The young ladies at the hotel front desk were absolutely amazing, especially Xiao Xu! She helped me with my luggage, introduced local attractions, and even came to fix the TV in my room – she really went above and beyond and earned my full appreciation. Of course, there were some downsides too. The cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job on the floors, and one of them was quite rude when I asked for water. The breakfast also had various issues, which I've already shared with the front desk and won't detail here. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not too far from the Yinqueshan Han Tomb Bamboo Slips Museum or the Yihe Bridge."

The hotel's location is excellent, with great views, and the room cleanliness and attention to detail are getting better and better. The facilities have always been consistently well-maintained. During my stay, there was a minor issue, and Bailey patiently helped resolve it, not avoiding the problem at all. I really commend the hotel for this level of service."

It's conveniently located not far from the highway, and we even took the opportunity to try some stir-fried chicken in Linyi. Our room was already a premium type, so there wasn't any room for upgrades, but the front desk staff proactively assigned us a high-floor room. The hotel's decor was quite nice. It boasts an underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the rooms, and parking is free. We truly got excellent value for money! A special mention goes to the breakfast – it was incredibly rich and varied."

I can't imagine what they were thinking when assigning rooms. This is miles away from what you'd expect from a chain like Atour.
