My hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and eager to assist. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days. The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

I had pre-booked a comfortable twin room and was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a premium twin room upon check-in. It felt almost like a family room, which was incredibly spacious for me and my 5-year-old. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, including Linyi's local specialty pancakes and soup. My child absolutely loved the hotel's delivery robot, happily chasing it up and down the floors. The hotel itself was relatively quiet and conveniently located. Plus, there's a fantastic pancake stall nearby!

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The room is nice, the environment and service are good. The hot spring is terrible, it feels like it will be closed at any time. There are only a few small pools indoors, and two bathtub-sized pools outdoors. There is no swimming pool, and no area for children to play in the water. It really feels like it will be closed at any time. There is basically no one in the rest area on the second floor, and the gym has two treadmills, a bicycle, and a back stretching machine... nothing else. The breakfast is average, there is no local noodles, the fried dough sticks taste wrong, and there is no ice cubes on hot days. If you want to play nearby, it is recommended to stay here, but if you want to play in the water, it is recommended to go to other places, anyway, the place is not big, it can be driven for ten minutes. You can also search for reviews nearby, there is a barbecue street to eat.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

We arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy. We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored. We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.
