One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The newly opened hotel at the door of the friend's house, recommended to stay, the environment is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, the shower gel is slippery, the sound insulation is good, there is no noise, the breakfast is rich, the soup looks flat, the fried dough sticks are absolutely! The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

Our family, traveling with children, stayed in Linyi for 3 days and 2 nights. We pre-booked the Pullman, and Bailey specifically arranged two adjoining rooms for us. Our child is already 11, so we definitely needed two king beds. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Xin Langya, just a 5-10 minute walk away. There are all sorts of great food options nearby, and breakfast is also very accessible. The service was excellent, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. They even provided 6 bottles of water, which was a nice touch, especially since we drink more in the summer – kudos to them! The room amenities also met five-star standards. Even though the hotel is by the river and close to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night; we weren't disturbed at all, which is another big plus. The view from the window was beautiful, and our child even enjoyed a bath in the room. It would be perfect if the room rate included a complimentary breakfast buffet in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The room was clean and tidy, and provided a large bottle of water, fruit platter, yogurt, and cookies. There was also a small tent, plush toys, building blocks, and a rocking horse, which the children loved. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot spring was fantastic. The butler was very responsible, handling everything from booking, check-in, and check-out perfectly; their service deserves a thumbs up! At check-out, both kids received a small gift, which made them very happy. A delightful day; we'll definitely come back for a vacation again.
