A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The front desk service was excellent. Our family suite was very spacious and well-equipped. We were here for fun, and Langya Ancient City was a blast and very close by, highly recommend visiting. The Guoxiu and Maxiu shows were also fantastic.
