GGuest UserThe front desk staff had issues checking us in and were going to give up and just cancel our reservation but then a more senior person came and eventually they figured it out. The room itself is very comfy and modern looking but the bathroom was disappointing. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower is a bit gross. The drainage hole was massive. My 2 year olds foot almost fell in. The 10 RMB per person for breakfast is a good deal. The food isn’t anything fantastic but for 10 RMB what do you expect. Overall, a good stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel parking lot is quite powerful. The ground and underground are free. In those days, the snowy weather was cold and I was afraid that the car glass would freeze and go underground. I had to stop the basement. Otherwise, I had to scrape the glass in the morning and give the hotel facilities a thumbs up. Of course, the service is also very good.

NNick 老师My wife and I booked two nights at the hotel in a week and the booking was confirmed to us. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that they would not be able to check us in since the staff had a day off and insisted that we cancel the reservation. At the same time, she calmly registered the Chinese standing next to her. As it turned out later, she was too lazy to work with foreigners and enter the data of our passports. A friend came to her aid, who helped us check into the hotel. It was very unpleasant that due to the fact that we are foreigners, we were denied our own booking. As for the room, it was clean except for an old shower and a non-working fireplace. I do not advise you to stay here as a foreigner and we will not come to this hotel ourselves anymore.
