The room is spacious, and the mattress firmness is just right, making it very comfortable for seniors to sleep on. They also thoughtfully prepared non-slip mats and emergency call buttons, which are incredibly considerate details. The hygiene is clean and tidy, with cleaning staff tidying up and replacing amenities daily. Breakfast includes light options like porridge and noodles, which perfectly suit the palates of older guests, and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The staff are patient and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. My parents were especially pleased!"

"The Hyatt hotel boasts an elegant and high-quality renovation that's well-maintained. Its location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of shops. Across the road, People's Square hosts night market stalls, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Although there's some noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for guests. Both the bathroom and bed linens are top-notch and very comfortable. The bedside lamps are incredibly practical. Breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Even the salt and pepper shakers demonstrate the hotel's attention to detail! The coffee shop on the ground floor is very appealing. From its decor and comfortable furnishings to the placement of coffee-related art, it's clear the owner has excellent taste! The coffee shop and the Hyatt complement each other beautifully. A small suggestion: the grout on the bathroom floor needs repairing to maintain its high standard!"

My wife and I recently visited Linyi for Jiang Yuheng's concert, and it was a fantastic, incredibly enjoyable experience! Hilton's quality never disappoints; our stay was excellent, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities. The laundry room, in particular, was excellent, leaving our clothes clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. When the delivery robot couldn't reach our floor, a staff member immediately brought our food up, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. "I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details."

"I was absolutely blown away by the ambiance of this charming traditional courtyard! Located right next to Langya Ancient City, its location is superb – just a short walk from the scenic area. The Song Dynasty architectural style is elegant and grand, with picturesque views at every turn, creating a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. They even gave the children a complimentary DIY calming sachet makeover, adding a touch of special touch. The tea and snacks were exquisite and delicious, parking was incredibly convenient for those driving, and overall, the place was quiet, comfortable, and offered excellent service at a great price. Staying here during your visit to the ancient city is definitely not a regret."
