The hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

The bathroom was well-designed, with consistent hot water and perfect water pressure, and even the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with freshly made noodles and hot drinks that were both comforting and comforting. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. It's rare to find a hotel this good value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

回來經常住這裏，房間寬敞舒適，特別是豪華型標間，冬天住温度適宜，出去臨近一條商業街，購物也方便，最近新開了一家711，很方便。

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. I could hear the people next door talking loudly and drinking in the middle of the night, super clearly. Also, there was this scary constant noise coming from above the entrance door, I'm not sure if it was a pipe or what. Everything else was pretty good though.
