GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star review! I booked a comfortable queen room, and the hotel is right by the high-speed rail station exit square. It's just a two-minute walk from the station, so I never have to rush for a taxi or worry about traffic when catching a train again. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and dry, and every corner of the bathroom was perfectly clean, with no strange odors. The in-room amenities were complete, the mattress was just the right level of comfort, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant to stay in. It's my top choice for business travel accommodation, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a high-speed train.

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

GGuest UserIt was shocking to the hotel lobby. Generally, the hotel does not have such a high lobby, which is very stylish. The front desk lady is skilled in business, the check-in is very fast, the room is clean and tidy, and they are very easy to use shampoo and conditioner. There is also a gym and laundry room that is also great! The breakfast room has Linyi local characteristics, as well as DIY waffles, very satisfied with a stay.

SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

You can choose from it and it tastes good. In the evening, you can also go to Linyi Station Square to watch the square dance.

TTianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

Wake up early in the morning, the most looking forward to the hotel's breakfast time. Entering the restaurant, the dazzling array of cuisines came into view, from the steaming Chinese breakfast to the exquisite and delicious Western food, everything was mouth-watering. The breakfast was varied and balanced, and it injected full vitality into my day.
What makes me more satisfied is the sanitary condition of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and every detail was handled just right, making people feel at ease and comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed.
Ginza Jiayi Hotel is not only a rich breakfast, first-class sanitary conditions, but also a very comfortable overall environment. Whether it is service attitude or facilities, it makes people feel the warmth of home. This trip to Linyi, because of the company of Ginza Jiayi Hotel, has become more memorable and beautiful.
