"Very nice hotel in a great location. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants close. There are several busses that run past the hotel so getting into Miami centre is convenient and cheap. Also public bikes are close if you prefer to ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was closed for renovation during our stay."
"As soon as I arrived, there were three people at the reception who informed me about the stay and the services, etc. / A welcome service is set up at the reception. Unfortunately, I didn't use the pool because I was short on time, but there were people who lingered in the pool even in the late afternoon. A very clean room welcomed me and I was very pleased to see and can confirm that there was a Nespress machine and a large bottle of mineral water. An additional factor in my choice! The bathroom kit, toothpaste, shower cap, and toothbrush were not included; you have to ask at the reception. // The products in the bathroom were excellent and in large quantities. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location and treatment. I highly recommend."
"The trip did not warn that it would have to pay resort fees and no other fees. I had to pay everything in the hour, it was also very complicated because it did not give me the information to the
Hotel and they had no data."
"(38F) I stayed at Esme Miami Beach for one night before taking off on cruise. Wished I booked an earlier flight so I can venture out in the area. It's located right in the center of Espanola Way where there's a ton of food options and night scene in Art Deco district. The bellman helped and guided me straight to my room (sorry I can't remember his name but he was on staff 11/26 evening), he gave some pointers on food and beach within walking distance. The room size was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. Love the bathroom set and it was huge! I got up early to take advantage of their rooftop pool. It was relaxing as it was clean and quiet. I later grab lunch at their bar/cafe there also. Before heading to the cruiseport, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk to hold while I walked over to the beach which was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again!"
"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool on the roof is great! The gym is a little small but there are lots of workout places/classes close by and you can get a discount through the hotel. I would def stay here again"

RRabi JallowSpecial thanks and appreciation to Deven at the front desk. Thanks for going over and beyond to ensure my family was checked into the perfect room. Your professionalism, patience, and kindness need to be studied It's Rabi room 324❤️
GGuest UserWe booked the ocean view but was blocked by the building structure, so better not to take #10-06. no heating utensil such as kettle if you need hot water. fridge is only intended for their inhouse drink so you can't put your drink inside their fridge to chill. but the concierge was friendly and great. Overall still not bad.
CChalsey LBoulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
