Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

Nice enough room for an efficiency, but much like other reviewers did not have hot water in the room for showers. Let the front desk know and they said they would talk to the manager and reverse the resort fee. Never followed through or called us. The water heaters in rooms not working is a known issue, the front desk acknowledged that, so it’s even more disappointing that it has not been corrected. Also, watch your hotel bar tab, the bartender overcharged us significantly for a drink which we unfortunately did not notice until it was too late.

The stay here was amazing. Love the rooftop pool 

Not worth the money. Quality of the property did not match the description or photos. Amenities were lacking.

Our hotel room didn't have hot water. We reported the problem and the front desk staff was less than pleasant about our report. It turned out the entire hotel didn't have hot water. So, we went out to dinner and then returned several hours later. Upon our return, the staff assured us that the problem was fixed. It wasn't. We finally got hot water the next morning. The staff refunded the resort fee for two nights. Beyond hot water, the room was meh and the pool is quite tiny. We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Miami Beach; we won't be returning to the Hotel Greystone.

The front desk staff was unprofessional, the room smelled moldy, there was no noise cancellation in any direction and the music from the next door nightclub kept me awake throughout the night. This is a 2-star motel at best.
