"This was an exceptional Hotel, on arriving the entrance hall is beautiful and the rest of the Hotel continues to suprise! There are multiple Restaurants in the hotel, beautiful options, fiod was incredible, even the breakfast options. The pool clean with plenty of sunbeds. Spa was incredible, one of the best massages I've had. On top of all of this it is joined to a huge shopping centre with amazing sales this time of year and a BTS on Sukhumvit line."

"The design of the hotel very nice, I like it. The staffs are friendly and ready to help you most of the time. The view from swimming pool is stunning. I love breakfast with many selection everyday and it was delicious. There is 7-11 downstairs which is very convenience"

"It’s new hotel and nearby BTS station. Nearby 711 shop and street food store around there . Level 1 is car park and 2nd floor is lobby . Free coffee and tea at lobby all time . Bread are available to eat before 10:00am. Great stay at there with families for 3 rooms . 2 queen bed rooms can fit 4 pax. Washing machines are available at lobby level . Microwave available in the room. Hair blower can get upon request. You may hand some clothes or tower at small balcony area to dry off. Beds are good. But you may request additional pillows as given 2 only."

"Stayed here for 4 days for a concert at union mall. They provided buggy to and fro to BTS due to their quit secluded hotel location. Lotus is just 5 mins away and also near BTS. Staff is extremely helpful. Room is clean, provided with free netflix. Minor hiccups for my room is the unlockable balcony lock . Breakfast is not provided but they have a 24 HR lounge, equipped with a coffee machine and some small tidbits Overall, I have such a wonderful time and will come back again ☺️❤️"

"I recently stayed at Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station (January 11, 2026). My experience was a mix of initial communication challenges followed by excellent problem resolution. The Service Experience: Prior to arrival, I had coordinated via phone and was assured that an early check-in after 8:30 AM would be complimentary if rooms were available. However, upon arriving at 9:00 AM, the female receptionist was unaware of this and insisted on a 100 THB/hour fee. The interaction became slightly uncomfortable when she questioned the validity of my previous call. Fortunately, a male staff member (likely a supervisor or from reservations) stepped in. He was professional and efficient, quickly identifying an available room and honoring the original agreement without any extra charge. I truly appreciated his intervention. The Room & Location: • Cleanliness: The room was spotless and looked exactly like the promotional photos. • Convenience: The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Phawana Station, making transportation across the city effortless. Verdict: Despite the initial misunderstanding at the front desk, the quality of the room and the supervisor's professionalism made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location, but I suggest getting early check-in confirmations in writing. @A key card deposit of 500 THB per room is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout after the return of the key card."

"Great service and flexible arragement for the check in staff! We are a family of 9 with 4 group coming in at seperate day and timing and although they mention subj to avaliablity the counter staff was so nice to make an effort to help us arrange all the 5 room on the same floor. It was a great experience for our group.Thank you team!"

"I stayed at this hotel and was overall satisfied, despite a few minor issues. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. There are almost no shops or crowds nearby, which ensures a calm and tranquil stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the furniture is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The front desk staff made a great impression — incredibly friendly and eager to help, even though their English was limited. The room was cozy, clean, and well-designed. The bathroom was a highlight, with a fantastic shower and strong water pressure. The room had everything necessary: toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and a shower cap), slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The main downside was the lack of power outlets. There were only three in total: one near the hairdryer in the bathroom, one by the kettle, and one at the desk. The outlet at the desk was functional but wobbly, making it difficult to keep plugs in place, although charging still worked. Additionally, there were no outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. A special highlight was the beautiful view from the window — a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise from the sunny side. A deposit of 1000 baht was required upon check-in. Overall, despite these minor issues, my stay was pleasant. If the hotel renovates the furniture and improves the outlet situation, it will be truly fantastic!

"Conveniently located in a prime area, yet affordable. It's very reasonable considering some places offer significantly better quality service and amenities for hundreds of baht more. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Highly recommended."
