Hotels near Chatuchak, Bangkok

The location of the hotel is quite convenience as it is only 400 meter or approx 6 min walking distance. And close to 7/11 and local food place and near a mall (Major Ratchayothin) The room looks clean and spacious. Provided 2 normal size towels but no small towels (but you can request for it if needed I think it's free of charge.) 2 bottle of free water provided. The room that i stayed have a baht tub. Have microwave. A bit confused about hot/cold shower as at first it was not hot but the hotel staff was helpful to assist. The lobby was nice. Have 1 massage sofa, pool table, cafe, fitness, kids room, 1 small meeting room. You can order Grab food to the hotel.

Love the place. Worth money and friendly staffs. The room is big and wifi connect is good. There’re so many food stalls nearby, as well as 7-11, big c and local food. 15 bath bike ride to sena nikom bts and kasetsart u bts.

Convenient Location by the Yellow Line, but Avoid Rooms Facing the Station The hotel is located right next to the Yellow Line station (second to last stop), which makes getting around quite convenient. You will usually need to transfer to reach the main central areas of Bangkok, but the connection is easy. If you stay here, it’s very important to request a room that does not face the station. The train noise can be very loud, making it difficult to sleep or enjoy the balcony. The hotel itself is pleasant. The breakfast is nice and quite varied, and the staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. There is also a small but lovely pool area, and even large turtle enclosures that are interesting to see. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, which is a nice plus. The location is convenient in terms of transportation. There are two 7-Eleven stores very close to the hotel. However, the area is a bit limited when it comes to restaurants and shops, so you may need to travel a little for more dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with good transport access and friendly staff.

Had a great stay as usual! Chose this as I was attending a concert at union mall. The new studio rooms are really beautiful, comfortable and hygienic! Though the location of the hotel is a bit further out of the city area, you can always take a grab bike. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Do note there is a deposit of 1k baht and there is a 7-11 right downstairs!! Very convenient

The staff were helpful, positive, and very quick to respond to the problems I faced. The room was fine, with a comfortable bed and good value for the price; however, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. At around 1:00 a.m., the air conditioner in my room shut down, making it impossible to stay or sleep. The staff responded promptly and offered to move me to another room, but having to change rooms when I was already falling asleep was very inconvenient. In the new room, the bathroom exhaust fan was covered with a plastic bag and tape, which affected air circulation and caused an unpleasant smell in the room. I informed both the hotel staff and Trip.com, and I received a very quick response from both. Despite these issues, the hotel management and staff demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and did their best to assist and resolve the situation.

Perfectly well-cleaned and amazing spacious room while having all amenities you need. A/C was so cold and showers were hot. Highly recommend

Everyone is very warming every time I am here and even from the first time. Always smiling and ready to greet. Any issues I had no matter what time it was, the staff always helped me all the way even on issues that did not concern the actual hotel or my stay itself. I’m always happy staying here and no longer stay at my previous choice which was in the Sukhumvit area. Getting a taxi from this area is great as as soon as you get into a taxi the meter comes on. No need to negotiate the fare like in central Bangkok which is very annoying. There only areas of improvement, if I'm being really critical, is that there are one or two members of the kitchen staff during breakfast that could be a little more friendly. There are also a couple of items of food I would love to see at breakfast. However, that is purely down to my own personal liking. All in all, a fantastic experience and my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok. Also, a big shout out to the guy that sits by the entrance who sells short trips and and attractions. He helped me out with things that had nothing to do with his work especially when the hotel staff were very busy. A great team and a great hotel!!!

This time, I was assigned a room in the innermost building. After checking in at the front desk, it was quite a long walk to get there. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely poor, and I couldn't even directly call the front desk from the room phone to ask about it. There were no instructions for calling the front desk or details about Wi-Fi in the room. It was quite noisy outside the room, even late at night, as many people were staying over Christmas and New Year's. The soundproofing isn't great. I hope these issues can be improved in the future.

【Location】 The hotel's location is excellent. Take the MRT to Kamphaeng Phet station, exit from Gate 1, and walk about 100 meters. You'll reach the Best Western hotel in about 5 minutes. Although you can't walk directly from the subway exit to the hotel because the area is blocked off and you have to walk around the road for a bit, it's still not far. The hotel is right next to DD Mall and Chatuchak Market, and it's also not far from the A1 bus stop for Don Mueang Airport. We took a BOLT from the hotel to Don Mueang Airport for 240 baht, and it took about 20 minutes, so it's very convenient if you're flying from Don Mueang. However, the hotel's layout is a bit odd; the lobby is on the 6th floor. So, you first need to take an elevator to the 6th floor to check in at the lobby, and then take another elevator to your room. 【Facilities】 The elevator to the guest rooms requires a key card, which adds to the security. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a great view. The room size was just right, the bedding was comfortable, the central air conditioning was silent, and all the facilities were new. The hotel is a good distance from the elevated bridge and the main road, so it's relatively quiet at night. 【Environment】 We arrived late, and the area around the hotel felt a bit deserted at night, with no night markets, restaurants, or large supermarkets. There was only a 7-Eleven across the street. This 7-Eleven had a wide variety of instant meals and snacks, probably because there aren't many other food options nearby, so they keep it well-stocked.
