The accommodation here will not leave you indifferent. The staff is very nice and outgoing, helpful in many situations during staying. You leave your baggage at lobby if early check in. You will also be allowed to take shower and visit swimming pool. The views are amazing. I’m very satisfied with the staying here. Location is a bit far from key attractions, but the room is splendid itself.

I stayed on the 5th floor and my brother on the 4th. This has been a great hotel and I'm sensitive to outside sound. My room was quiet every night and the bed was very comfortable. Clean and fresh feeling, professional and kind staff. The sun disappears from the pool at around 2pm, for those seeking to tan. The pool is big and clean and there's 5 sunbeds in the pool area. I didn't have time to use the gym but it looked sufficient. The location is good, very close to a BTS station. I'd like to stay here more times in the future for sure.

Staff was terrific! One of our room had fire ants, and I got bitten, but front desk was quick to attend: ointment to cool the wound and a rapid room change. Toothbrushes included, which is an odd thing I find mentioned in these reviews as often missing (a novelty for us to find!). Pool chairs were busy, but next to the laundry which was convenient. Bathrooms nearby too! Greeted with coupons for welcome drinks, and also got a fun treat if you chose not to have your sheets changed. Breakfast was incredible. Shocking the variety!! Delicious and something for every taste bud. Countless hot dishes suitable for lunch, omelettes made to order, various pastries and several drinks with plenty of fresh fruit. Even yogurt! We would return, happily. Beds comfy by thailand standards,linens nice.

I've booked a double room with private bathroom and at least it had a window! The location is good in between 2 BTS stations, so there are no late night activities and in general it was quiet. Maybe because my room didn't face the road. The room itself was fine but there was no cleaning during my stay. So when you run out of paper you have to go down to the reception and ask for a refill. Common areas were ok as well as the laundry, yet the promised common area and smoking area on the fifth floor were closed for renovation. In general it was a good value for money, can be defined as middle-low price segment and amenities

I liked the mountains view as well as the comfort of the bed and air con. The bathroom and sleeping room are on the smaller side, but meet basic needs. The weekend staff were very kind. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

During the three days from check-in to check-out, no one came to clean the room. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first day, but no further complimentary bottled water was offered regardless of how many days one stayed. The air conditioner was old and noisy, affecting sleep; without it on, the room was almost completely exposed to the sun.

The location is absolutely amazing, just next to the metro station. The room is big and well maintained! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

On arrival we were given a room not as requested during the reservation and were told that hotel is fully booked. After checking online I identified that I was told lies as at least 4 rooms were available to book for our stay. I wasn't happy at all, so imediatelly my room was changed and reception staff apologised. In the room we could't find bath robes even thouth it' s advertised online. Beds were super uncomfortable and hard. Breakfast very basic and bland. Most food served already cold. Swimming pool servised last time 4 days ago only, so was not sure how clean was the water, avoided any swimming.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. The rooms are large and clean, the breakfasts are good.
