"Good service and hospitality. Location is great, 15mins from airport, 3mins to the Metro station. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are new and effective."
"Good location for catching flights out of LIS. Accept dogs but charge an additional fee of €33. That does include a gift pack of a blanket, treats and a couple of nice collapsible bowls. Make sure you ask for it if you have a pet. The room is small, but efficient, unless you have a number of large suitcases. Even with pre check in you still need to present your passports and fill out forms with emails and phone numbers. Probably not worth the time to pre-check in."
"First of all Thank you so much for staffs Especially to the driver He mentioned he had traffic jam And he was very nervous we were late and can’t catch the flight. Finally. We are very lucky be on time to take our flight. One more is the front desk staff was very willing to solve many questions for me. Her smiling face. I can’t forget. If I need to stay in hotel that near airport. This is my first choice."
"I love a Moxy for a quick stay. This one was the quickest...less than 24 hours. After 3 flights (international), I was so happy my room was available early. The front desk staff members were so cordial. I was able to get into my room, shower, change, and even got directions to meet my tour. Later that evening, I finally got my welcome drink and some nachos, while I enjoyed the lobby scene. Moxy's are always fun! The rooms aren't huge, not way fancy--but always consistent. I know what to expect when I book a Moxy...clean, fun atmosphere, at a reasonable price. It was located directly across the street from Lisbon Oriente bus/train station, which I needed for the next morning. This Moxy did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations."
"My experience in this hotel was amazing, very clean, good food and friendly staff.Location is very strategic that in a walking distance you can find any thing."

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
GGuest UserGood hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
GGuest UserThe apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.
LLady-LouBasic accommodation in a very good location. It was convenient for the metro and main station plus close to attractions and restaurants. The place had everything I needed
