Very cool, trendy hotel, situated in a very central location. All of the decor and atmosphere was very well thought out and unique. Each floor had a coffee machine with pods of coffee readily available which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Just note, when we were there, there was some construction going on either nearby or in the building that started around 8am each day. We were already up at that time so it wasn't a huge issue but if you plan on sleeping in it may be disruptive.

Beautiful place, and beautiful views, clean and tidy. I was in a shared dorm and was three bunk beds high :/, room was cool with Aircon. Nice shared Kitchen, but oven was broken and even though my food was labelled someone took it:/. But overall a beautiful place, I don't know why everyone is complaining about it being up a hill though, as in Portugal it can't be avoided.

Dom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better. That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.

I had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet in the mornings was so plentiful. Everyday some of the breakfast offerings changed which was nice knowing there was variety each morning. The location was amazing and so central to all attractions and shops that you could walk everywhere within minutes. You were never more than a 30mins walk away from anything you needed and as a female solo traveller I never felt unsafe at all being in this location. Even at 10pm at night the location was busy with traffic and people. If you want to take the metro, the closest metro stn is a 5min walk away. The bedroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with toiletries included. Only negative was that the gym is super small and only has cardio machines only and no weights but that's really a minor thing to point out. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting Lisbon.

Amazing
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location near the airport you could take the metro red line from the airport then the yellow or green line to the closets metro stop to the hotel or take the bus number 783 from/to the airport. The hotel is 4 star luxury comfortable beds and very good breakfast. I recommend for airport stays or even for longuer stays to visit Lisbon as very convenient to public transport

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

The apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.

Good hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
