Good location from the main area. The staff at the front desk of the hotel was polite and I was able to spend comfortably from beginning to end. It was great to be able to go around sightseeing spots with delicious food ✨

I came back to the hotel after traveling to Porto for a few days. The place felt like home. Beautifully located, amazingly clean and comfortable, with welcoming and accommodating staff members. Saj, Abdul, and other are the nicest people. Plus all the restaurants right by the door, with tasty foods and coffee. And so close to the river, bike trails, and best sunset spots! Staying at Varandas de Lisboa will make the difference to your visit to Lisbon. Definitely did to mine.

Staff was always present and friendly. Many restaurants within walking distance. Several right next door to the hotel. It is a shared bathroom hotel. If you are goos with that then no issue. The hotel keeps area exceptionally clean.

Varandas de Lisboa sets in a perfect location, with great transport link and lots of historical sites within walkable distance. The staff is very nice and helpful; they kindly offered help in accomodating young children and suggested lovely places to go and dine.

I booked this as it stated they had a lift which they did but you had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it. Otherwise you could walk out the back door down a steep hill. Either way was no good for people with mobility problems

Very nice, helpful staff! We lived in the attic on the 5th floor. The elevator only takes you to the 4th floor, but they carried our luggage up to our room without asking! Very good location! Close to the city center and the port! There are great restaurants and breakfast spots nearby!
