I was given the same room which I was really grateful for. Thank you to the accomodating me for the past 3 or 4 years whenever I needed a place to stay at in Poblacion Makati during Holy Week. See you again soon in 2027.

This isn't a hotel, it's a hostel. It's very noisy. It's not located in the Makati high-rise district itself, but 15 minutes away. It's scary to walk around at night.

Our first impression of the room was good. It was pretty spacious. However, after settling in, we started noticing several issues that affected our stay. The AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire room, and we ended up sweating when we were sleeping. There was also a small gap in the window that couldn’t be closed fully, which made outside noise quite noticeable, especially whenever vehicles passed by. On top of that, there was an intermittent noise that sounded like a water tank or machine turning on and off. It felt unfortunate to be assigned in room 1002, especially since I added a note during booking requesting a quiet room. When I asked the receptionist if there were any other available rooms, they replied, “maingay po ba?”—which made it seem like they were already aware of the issue. Sadly, no other rooms were available, so we had to make do. We’ve stayed in other rooms at Havitat before, but this particular room also had a faint urine smell in the bathroom, which was disappointing. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the large TV, which allowed us to relax and binge-watch some shows despite the inconveniences.

You get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area. Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow. I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are. The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!

I had a decent stay overall. The staff were nice and the location was convenient, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few things that could be better. Some amenities weren’t working, and the room wasn’t fully complete — there was no shower curtain or slippers. The walls were also quite thin, so you could easily hear noise from the other rooms. Maybe it’s because of the cheaper price, but I think there’s still room for improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

It was okay, but... you might have some unexpected roommates 😬 Even if you're alone, you might hear loud snoring. Walking past open rooms can really give you the creeps, especially if you're prone to such things. Also, even when food is ready, it's not distributed immediately.

My stay at Canopy Properties was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable. Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

Reasonable price, hotel is comfortable and comfortable. tq, next time i come again.👍🏻
