Hotel Lucky Chinatown Binondo Manila

Best hotel due to everything is down stairs … the only problem they never fix their tv cable problem for one week that means watch your entertainment through your phone …staff  are friendly ….

We've always booked at Ramada but this time we tried Hotel Lucky Chinatown because of its proximity to 168/999. It was the worst decision ever. Room was small despite it being "deluxe". Bathroom smelled like urine. Our keycards weren't working and we had to have it changed twice. We checked in on a Saturday and tried calling the hotel desk by dialing 0 and no one was answering. I ended up having to call a globe number I got off Google for reservations who forwarded our request to the front desk. Breakfast buffet was less appealing -- you couldn't even request for a simple sunny side egg. They have 2 lobbies. One at the ground floor which was super hot -- they have a giant ass aircon but it's always turned off. Then you need to ride an elevator to the 4th floor to get to the 2nd lobby to get checked in. Then to another set of elevators to get to your rooms. Mind you the distance of the elevator from the 4th floor going to your rooms are so far apart. Only good thing was the gym and the spa. My father-in- law and husband enjoyed the gym and I had a nice little massage at the spa.

Proximity to all the malls and restaurants. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant food is excellent. Really just fun to wander around the adjoining malls and markets and shop and eat. I also like the basement parking. Very roomy and fits even the big cars and vans.

Our stay at this hotel was overall average. There are few areas that need improvement. The carpet was not clean, which made the space feel less comfortable and not maintained as expected. Cleanliness is very important to guest. Additionally, the breakfast buffet did not offer many choices. The selection was quiet limited. I hope the management can improve these areas to provide better experience for future guests.

Good accomodation, There is a socket in the hotel that is not working, and the light in the bathroom should be brighter.

The experience was okay overall, but I was a bit disappointed. We booked an Executive Suite, but it didn’t feel very “executive” as expected. The toiletries provided were also quite limited for an Executive Suite. I hope they can provide more complete amenities that match the room category.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accomodating. The location is very good and it has access to the mall.

One staff tried her best to make our 5 nights stay comfortable but hotel room (#650) too run down. Kettle broken on arrival. TV did not work. Sewer smell from toilet. Terrible breakfast. Live cochroaches seen on food one morning.
