Hotels near Ayala MRT Station, City of Manila

I stayed here for 3 days. I will definitely comeback. The locations is perfect if you like to shop and food tripping. Its walking distance for SM/Glorietta/Greenbelt. It’s pretty good for the price I paid.

Overall, we had a good stay at St. Giles. The room was located on the 30th floor, offering a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere above the busy streets below. The air conditioning was cold and refreshing—perfect after a day out in the city. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well. One downside was the elevator, which was quite slow, especially during peak hours. We also had a bit of a challenging experience with parking, so if you’re bringing a car, it might require some patience. On a positive note, we enjoyed dining at BayLeaf. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great option for guests who prefer to eat within the hotel. Overall, St. Giles offers a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Room was renovated recently so it’s new and pleasant. Bright shower room. Check-in time is 2pm so we walked nearby to eat local foods. Took a while for them to check us in. Deposit 1,500 Peso. Large room with 5 switches for lights and a table lamp. I love bright room. Some staff are normal. Some are very energetic with smiles. Front door has safety protection shutter made from steel which indicates that this zone might be not too safe. We arrived by MRT to Magallanes Station and walked through a large area under the highway junction. We visited 2 shopping malls near this station too. Could smoke on 8th floor but they closed before 8pm and didn’t open on Sunday. Can see the local daily lives here. Room rate is good. Wi-Fi didn’t work at the table so I had to sit near the door. 5 receptacles to charge the phone but not one near the beds. Overall we are happy with our stay.

We feel safe I must say. Left the key inserted at the door the whole night and woke up realizing it. The thought of it really made us feel that what if someone just entered the room without us knowing while asleep is terrifying. Yet this place is well secured and we are beyond grateful for the security it renders. The room is clean, spacious, homey and cozy. Accesibility from getting quick meals, rides and walking distance places to go is easy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A must recommended sanctuary for safe stay that feels like home away from home. Will surely book again in the future. Thank you so much Propiedad Residence, we had an amazing safe and sound stay! Perfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.

As a property manager of a high-rise residential building under one of the top property management firms in Southeast Asia, I would like to commend your staff for their professionalism and prompt responsiveness to email inquiries—something I truly value. I also appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the guest rooms, which made the stay comfortable. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the persistent odor at the 5th floor elevator lobby. The smell resembles that of an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), which can be quite off-putting—especially given that this area is a main access point for guests heading to the pool and roof deck. I respectfully recommend the following: -Inspect and service the exhaust blowers of the STP. -Review your STP operations and ensure proper containment. -Keep fire exit doors closed at all times to prevent odor seepage. -Deploy scenting machines or ambient fragrance systems in public areas to improve the overall sensory experience. In my view, a well-rounded hotel experience should engage four essential senses: 1. Sight – Visually clean, orderly, and appealing spaces. 2. Scent – Fresh-smelling, fragrant, and free from unpleasant odors. 3. Touch/Felt – Comfortable ambient temperatures in both lobbies and rooms. 4. Hear - Music at the lobby, hallways and pool which are done already With attention to these details, you will certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Thank you!

Will definitely recomend this hotel in a heartbeat! Hotel is located just accross greenbelt mall! Rooms are spacious & clean. They serve good food & rooms comes with free breakfast. Good value for money.
