GGuest UserGreat location, only minutes walk from the train station, from where you can take the train to Centraal in another 5 minutes. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, although not many restaurants. The room is very clean. It also has a kitchenette, equipped with electric stove, microwave and simple utensils. I requested a quiet room, so I almost couldn’t hear any outside noise. The staff members are very nice. When they learned that I forgot to bring an extra phone charger, they offered to help charge my power pack. There was some system issue that I was asked to pay the city tax again in check-out although I had paid in check-in, it was resolved quickly.

I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserThere wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.

Both the hotel and the room were spotless and didn't have any strange smells, which was great. The only minor downside was that the music from nearby bars could be a bit loud at night.

IilovecarboOverall, I had a fairly good experience staying here. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a few issues. The bedside area was quite dusty and didn’t seem properly cleaned. Also, there was some confusion with the bed arrangements, and people ended up sleeping in the wrong beds, which was a bit inconvenient.
That said, aside from these points, the overall stay was still pleasant. With some improvements in cleanliness and organization, this place could be even better.

GGuest UserWe spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

WWaradasThe hotel is in a perfect location for travellers catching up the train and city sightseeing. It's got basic amenities and smaller rooms.
Trip.com.said breakfast ends at 12pm and this was clearly wrong information. When I went down to breakfast it was staff meal time. However the manager and the lady who was in charge of breakfast were nice and he let me have breakfast. Apart from the location there isn't a big value for the price.

GGuest UserThe room having a microwave was a huge plus, very convenient for heating up quick meals. The room itself was actually quite spacious, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. But the absolute best part? They have an adorable orange cat you can pet! Cat lovers, this is your sign! The cat is very mellow and lets you pet him all you want. It's also quite convenient if you're taking the FlixBus, as it's only a 15-minute walk to the station. The hotel has two floors and no elevator, but it's manageable; if you have heavy luggage, you'll only ever have to carry it up one flight of stairs at most.
