I stayed here once with family. Previously in apartment with 3-4 rooms. Really spacious. This time it is studio room so don't expect it to be glamorous or stylish. It is functional room. The only downside is lack of plug. Not even plug at the bedside table. But otherwise water pressure or aircond is good. Just the hot water does not really felt hot. My room at the top most level 9. Previously has some problem with lift. It was slow. But not having those issue during this stay. Either because lack of guest or the lifts are upgraded. Breakfast is good as always, the spread is not that much variety but enough to fulfill morning needs. The ultimate plus is the location opposite pantai batu burok, walking distance to hospital sultanah zahirah, stadium, akuatik centre and shopping malls like KTCC and mayang.

Nice stay for a short gateway. The room and bathroom are fine (only spotted some dust in the room). Ironing facility available outside the room. The hotel is close to the city and there are local delicacies nearby. Tealive is attached to the hotel lobby.

Love the kid & adult pool my husband and son enjoyed it so much love the breakfast too everything was okay (except I dont really fond the dust at each of room corner but thats not a big deal) we just focusing on having rest & sleep because most of the time we’re out of the room. bathroom also okay have warm water we get room at the corner & away from lift (as I requested) air conditioning is strong & good has iron & board has refrigerator too will comeback next time

Everything was great- came during weekdays so there was no many people here, feels like a private resort. It’s an old beach resort, but the beauty caught my eyes. I wish they can make some enhancement, they deserve more recognition. Also, one problem I encounter- requested for them to send me iron, but the forgot to do so. They should have been more alert because there were like, less than 10 bookings on that day. Service can be improved.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

A perfect place to spend time with your family. The most interesting thing here is the variety of activities that can be done — from horse riding, bowling and archery. Coincidentally, when I came, the swimming pool was closed due to pool maintenance. But, our family was still happy because there were many other activities that could be done. The resort environment was also quiet with beautiful lake and beach views. The resort's location is very strategic, just a few minutes walk to the Tengku Tengah Zaharah Floating Mosque, so it's easy to stroll around in the evening while enjoying the beautiful scenery 😊

Very good hotel; the transportation and environment are very good, snorkeling can be arranged; night diving can be taken Don't expect too much on the island, it's similar to a farmhouse but very clean; the air conditioning is very sufficient, and the price is very competitive. Lunch and dinner are also good; The boss speaks Chinese but gives priority to English-speaking tourists
