Large central hotel with a good cafe and restaurant. Has a pool on the 11th floor. The breakfast buffet could definitely be improved with more fresh options and stations, we had breajfast at the restaurant and it was pretty good. Out of the various options in the city this is one of the best.

A Pleasant Stay With Good Location N Breakfast
Paya Bunga Hotel is located smackingly next to centre of everything..The bus station,Pasar Kedai Payang and also UTC,making it super convenient for travellers and holiday-makers.Kudos to the hotel’s staff who are so utterly Sopan and Friendly.Thanks a lot for upgrading my room to a bigger one.This hotel is a good choice for those looking for a good variety of breakfast too..and prefer local food.

Old hotel with poor service. Most amenities are worn out and breakfast buffet is poor quality, it’s near an old mall and the shops are empty and some went out of business.

這家酒店check in時間是15：00，我們尊重店家規則如果提前到了就等吧，但是馬來人來一個有一個都能提前入住（後面會放照片），我12點到就看着各種各樣的馬來人辦理入住，複印護照，兩點時我實在忍不了想協商退訂，酒店就是不退，而且説我訂的房間類型沒準備好，那我疑惑其他那麼多馬來人每個人的房間都已提前打掃好？在三點過一分，他馬上説房間打掃好，可以入住，但我覺得這時候再入住實在是對自己的侮辱。於是定了其他家，但是這一家沒退就是為了給這個差評讓同胞看見，我是懶，隨便看了有推薦選擇這家酒店，別讓這家差別對待的酒店毀了你上島下島旅遊的好心情。
同時想感謝攜程客服的幫忙，我覺得他們是真站在顧客角度上處理問題，沒有套話，非常感謝攜程客服的介入。
