The facilities show that the hotel is quite old, which is evident from the wooden doors and furniture. It's roughly equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China. Hygiene: It was just okay, as there were still black marks on the sheets that hadn't been washed off. The restaurant serves Muslim-style food. People from China might not be used to it. You could try eating in the nearby Chinatown instead. Service: Excellent! In the morning, we were taking too long to get a Grab, so we asked a staff member to call a taxi for us. They immediately found a taxi that arrived in five minutes. Many thanks!

The hotel in Turun has Nasi Dagang above the highway. Delicious! Friendly staff.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service, which was a definite plus. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. I had to switch rooms three times during my stay due to air conditioning issues – either it wasn't cooling properly or it was leaking, which really affected my experience. Also, the breakfast selection and quality were pretty average. Overall, the hotel needs a complete renovation and maintenance to improve the guest experience.
