GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Kuala Terengganu Airport, about a fifteen-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely recommended!

GGuest UserWhen we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!

GGuest UserCan't really give reviews because the system glitched and we got transferred to another hotel. Just want to complain about the receptionist for The Inn Hotel, the malay older lady with Chinese look keeps blaming me because my name is not in the system even when I showed her the booking confirmation. She knew the hotel has 3 branches and keep blaming me instead of giving solutions. Lucky she's in the transition shift with another receptionist and he kindly helped me with my booking by calling the other branches and turns out my booking was in the other branch. Kudos to the male receptionist. Hope the lady learns how to deal with customers and not blaming us like we're stupid. It was almost midnight and we're all tired, that doesn't give you the chance to be a ****, makcik!! I was too tired to take take photos but the given room was nice

HH4ik4lIf you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious.
The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it. Great value for money if you're looking for a base to explore the city

QQm21Parking can be difficult to find if you check in during the daytime since it’s public parking. The room was comfortable overall, but there was an unpleasant septic tank smell coming from the fan. It got much better after we turned the fan off and used only the air conditioning.
The hotel is conveniently located near KTCC Mall, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a restaurant below the hotel, but unfortunately the food was quite pricey and didn’t really match the taste 🫠

The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.
Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.

GGuest UserAlthough my husband and I had a difficult experience during our stay at this hotel, where I suddenly experienced bleeding and a miscarriage on the first night, the hotel staff were very attentive and cooperative when the ambulance came to pick me up. The hotel manager also showed great concern by checking in on my condition. The next day, the hotel manager, on behalf of the hotel, sent a fruit basket with a 'get well soon' message.
