Great location. Choose sea view room 😍, super spacious !
Close to many eateries by foot, small surau, and Mayang Mall.
Lobby needs refurbishment, so it won't look so tired and dull.
Do add more seating couches or chairs, especially during weekends, and public holidays, so patrons can sit down and wait, as check-in is strictly by 3 pm.

Everything is good. What I truly like is that the hotel is within walking distance to the mall and it also have many restaurants nearby. There’s a bit of stain on the bedsheet but overall I would say it is great to stay there. Plus, the view from the window is amazing.

So far, so good. The toilet is a little bit small and dirty. Everything ok. Breakfast is also nice and delicious. Have many choices for breakfast. Thank you.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu. The cleanliness was good and the rooms were comfortable. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions. The service was generally good, though there is still some room for improvement. The amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, it is a nice hotel for business travellers with a great location and reliable facilities.
