Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu

The hotel is quite old. They should probably install a lift straight from the basement parking to the lobby. For those coming for their honeymoon, you can request this specific room. However, housekeeping was lacking,the coffee table was sticky with uncleaned coffee spills. The ironing board was super worn out and old, like no maintenance checks were done. Lucky it didn't fall on my feet!

Once upon a time was a grand hotel, now it’s kinda old and the room price is not par to their amenities. Anyway, location is good and convenient.

We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

Extremely clean room! The staff was very considerate, and the location could not be better for reaching major tourist spots. Great value for money, and I will absolutely return.

A solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Kuala Terengganu. While the hotel could benefit from some modern upgrades, the warm hospitality and strategic location make it worth considering.

1st time in my entire life walking into 4star hotel with the toilet so dirty, is look like it didn’t wash for 2 months, I have to call them to clean it but then still dirty. Mole everywhere in the shower. I took the video but can’t download it only pictures. I screenshot it.
