A bit disappointed as we didn't manage to get the room we booked while reception has offered upgrade us with another room type. A decent hotel which is near to Chinatown and shopping mall. Limited car parking available next to the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved as there were marks found in the bedsheets.

Great place... Good location... There's a laundry shop right in front of the hotel, so you can do your washing. Pasar Payang and Nasi Dagang Atas Tol are within walking distance. Just take a Grab back if you have a lot of stuff.

The staff were friendly. The room was basic but adequate. There was no shower curtain, so the water went all over the bathroom. The bed was also very short, so I had to sleep sideways! A bit overpriced, but ok.

newly renovated, got upgrade to 2 queen bedroom. there is this Thai food just opposite the hotel that sells beer.

Stayed here for one night before going redang. Short distance walk to china town. Opposite to the hotel has one good restaurant.

Me and family went on vacation to Melaka after arriving in Melaka I stayed at CITYPLAZA Hotel & suites the staff is friendly the room is comfortable clean the place is quite lively there are many shops on the side of the road not quiet Thank you to the staff because I was helped to order Maxim /Grab
