Hotels near Gwangbok-Dong, Busan

Location is great! Literally in front of the bus station. The check in process is very smooth. The receptionists can speak english. So no communication barrier here. The reception is at 10th floor and our room is on another level. Breakfast is provided but we don’t have time to grab the breakfast as we full with our itinerary. The bed is comfortable and water heater is a good condition. Water heater is in every floor. The room is small and really like a room with bed and toilet. Since we are busy with our itineraries and coming back to hotel just to sleep so the space is a no problem to us. I would recommend you guys to stay here as it is at the centre if you want to go to Blueline Sky, Gwangalli Beach, Haeundae area. BIFF square and Jagalchi market is walking distance. Other than that, if you guys want to shopping in Olive Young I recommend you to shopping here instead to go to other store in Seoul. Less people and not crowded compared in centre.

Great location!!! Coffee at level 4 hotel lobby super delicious 🫶❤️ Staff friendly 👍🙏 Samsung Aircon very cold 🤭 TV lots of channel and warm water for shower powerful 💪😁. There's a luggage weighing machine at the lobby too. Only shortfall is the toilet flushing American system - weak, not the whirlpool type 🤭

Room is clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Walking distance to subway and fish market; night market is just around the corner. Given the price, it’s a good deal.

I enjoyed my stay here at Griffin hotel. A modern cost effective hotel in the heart of everything. The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again. It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around. You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩 I love the view from my room I cannot get over such luxury on a budget.!

Great location near Jagalchi Market and the International Market. Close to Gamcheon culture village, Busan tower, Lotte mart, Daiso, and so on. The staff who checked me in was kind. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was strong.

Room is clean. Price is reasonable. Position is near subway and malls and traditional market.

Cleanliness: Since the hotel just opened in December 2025, it's quite clean. However, some exposed pipes from the construction are visible in the room. Location: The location is in a lively area, very close to the subway station, which is super convenient. You can also see the beautiful Busan Tower from the window. Service: The front desk staff only starts work at 1 PM, so we couldn't store our luggage in the morning, which was very inconvenient. Line and Kakao messages also only get a response after the front desk staff are on duty. Housekeeping is only available for stays of three nights or more; if you stay less than three nights, you have to bag your own trash and towels. Facilities: The room with floor heating was very comfortable. We had three people staying, but there were only two hangers, which wasn't enough. The bathroom sink didn't have hot water, which was really cold in winter. The toilet never flushed properly, which was annoying. The pillows were far too high and made it hard to sleep comfortably, but the bed and comforter were very cozy!

Brand new furniture. Clean room. Great location. Modern appliances. We felt like we were the first ones to use everything. The balcony was a lovely bonus too.

Very nice hotel in Busan. Best for solo traveller. Clean and cozy room. Walking can reach mrt. Staff is friendly.

We were welcomed by the warm hospitality at the reception staffs, clear instruction was given by the counter staff! We stayed here for 2 nights, the location is great, about 200m away from the closer MRT station. Most importantly, water filter is provided in each of the room.
