"Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area (no crowds, just lots of apartments and condominiums around). Though the location is not near shopping or restaurant areas, they have an on-call shuttle that takes you to the nearest train and bus station, which made it very convenient for us. They also send the shuttle to pick you up at the station as long as you call or message them 15 min before you get there. All in all, we will stay there again and recommend to others."
"It is close to train station and airport, but hotel shuttle bus to airport for guests are not free of charge, each person needs to pay Euro 10 and make the reservation one day before. Breakfast is good. But the attachable shower head has too short and the water is too hot even switching to the middle. The window can’t be opened, maybe because of security, but at 5 am, big noise outside woke me up, don’t know why"
"I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing after long days out exploring the city. The breakfast was another highlight: rich, varied, and delicious, offering both sweet and savory options to satisfy every taste. A great way to start the day! Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!"
"We initially booked this hotel as it looked very clean (which I can confirm) and because it was close to the location of a music concert we were supposed to attend. Unfortunately the concert was cancelled last minute and the hotel, while close to the metro, is not in the best area if you want to explore Rome in the short time we had. That said, the staff is great and very, very well mannered and helpful. If you forget your slippers, they will provide them, same for toothpaste and toothbrush and so much more. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, I would add a little on the salty side and the lactose-free/vegan too. The hotel is perfectly designed to accommodate business guests."
"Stayed here for business trip, hence there’s no chances to enjoy their facilities, but restaurant. Buffet breakfast is good and a lot of choices. Reception staffs are helpful and good at English."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe best part of hotel, brilliant staff, smiling, courteous and always there to help. Room was lean, shower was fantastic, very quiet. We are on the first floor, Room 108, top class.
GGuest UserA pleasant surprise near the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful room with thoughtful furnishings and very clean. An excellent experience, especially thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner, who did everything to make our stay perfect! We'll be back!!!
GGuest UserI want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.
GGuest UserWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
GGuest UserA great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.
