Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area (no crowds, just lots of apartments and condominiums around). Though the location is not near shopping or restaurant areas, they have an on-call shuttle that takes you to the nearest train and bus station, which made it very convenient for us. They also send the shuttle to pick you up at the station as long as you call or
message them 15 min before you get there. All in all, we will stay there again and recommend to others.

The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are too dim.

Good-sized room, generally clean but not spotless (found a few hairs). No kettle, only a soap bar (no hand gel), and plugs are European two‑pin. Shower design wasn’t great—the lever to switch to the shower head kept slipping. TV is a smart TV but built‑in apps are disabled; iPhone screen mirroring doesn’t work, you’d need a Samsung. Staff were polite and professional. Shuttle is handy from the station (5 mins, short wait) but not an airport transfer, which should be made clearer. Overall comfortable stay, but small improvements could make it much better.

高級房因為在邊角，信號比較差。服務超級好，內部停車很安全，還有到地鐵站的接送服務。早餐還可以，而且會把吵鬧的團隊趕到另一間早餐廳。

We can definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to the metro station which made access to the city centre very straight forward. We were also able to recharge our car free of charge! Comfy beds, generously sized family room and ensuite and good breakfast selection rounded the stay off perfectly.
