It was our first time in Venice and we were overjoyed to have booked this hotel. A beautiful, clean, very centrally located hotel. Very large rooms and a good, plentiful breakfast. The staff and owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again when we fly to Venice. Thank you very much.

Clean, great that hairdryer was provided. Location very convenient, just a 2 min walk from Mestre train station and flixbus stop. Note that you'll need to bring your own padlock for the lockers. Only downside was the bathroom floor tended to flood a little, but overall pleasant and comfortable stay

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Venice for 2 nights as a couple and had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free — from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Venice. The breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing via the airport or train, and the shuttle service makes it even more accessible. Highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and comfortable stay near Venice!

Great hotel with so many rooms. Spending 1 night is not enough. Spend at least two nights to make trip worth it.

The place is very nice and clean and the shuttle availability on a payment basis is really a time saver. The ambience and facilities are very good. The only issue found is limited availability of kettle or hot water. I would recommend it for people visiting venice.

Great location, centre of the island. Nice and hidden gem so feel secure and safe. Only provided one large and one small towel for 3 days and 2 nights, would have preferred a second large. Was also only provided 2 small sachets of shower gel, again could have done with a few more. Cleaner had been in the room and only emptied the bin. Owner was lovely during check in.

Amazing location, in more peaceful area of Venice, easy access, vaporetto station right in front of hotel. Clean room, good and cosy breakfast, nice staff. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends. :)

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
