I love the hotel, it is amazing, beautiful room, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, location is ok, walkable to train station or u can take bus. Only thing about is I found a small cockroach in room but not a big deal. Room still clean but idk where is the cockroach from.😂

Overall great stay. Room could be bigger in my opinion to be classified as a 4 star hotel. Oral hygiene amenities are lacking.

The man who worked at the night of 24/08/25 was very unfriendly and he does not know how to talk to customers,They don’t take in consideration the mails you will send them concerning your time of arrival.if the check in is at 3pm and you write a mail to say that you will arrive at the hotel at 7am and through your mail you wish to know if it will be possible for you to get access to your room even if you arrive earlier.Trust me you will not have an answer and when you will arrive you will pay for an additional night that took me more than 100€ just for one additional because I arrived earlier.The cleaning service will enter your room 1 second after knocking at your door they will not wait you to open the door even if you are naked they will enter that is very annoying.The air conditioners are very weak.The cleaning service does not clean the mirror even if it is dirty
