Hotel Principe is truly one of the most convenient stays in Venice, located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station  — a great advantage in a city full of bridges and steps . The hotel offers two guest lifts, which makes moving around with luggage incredibly easy. The lounge area is spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides a warm, elegant welcome. One of the highlights is the direct access to the Venice canal right from within the hotel. You can relax and enjoy the charming view of boats gliding along the water — a quintessential Venetian experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall. We genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its good standard, as we would love to return on our future visits to Venice.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The check in process was smooth, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, always ready to help and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Our time in Venice was made extra special because of this accommodation. We were very kindly upgraded to a superior room so we had a giant bed, a small seating area and THREE big windows facing the canal! Matteo from reception was brilliant and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip. It was close to lots of good eateries as well as water bus stations which made our day trip to Murano easy.

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day. Great location and very clean room. Convenience and still quiet - 8 minutes walk to the train station and water bus station, surrounded by many shops, bars and restaurants. You can also store luggages if you have early check out. Need to carry luggages through stairs as no lift.

Very good location, is close to rialto bridge. and the reception is so friendly. the room is cute and has a venice vibe, highly recommended

Good location and very helpful staff. Only gripe is that my room was cleaned even though i pressed the DND button

There were certain difficulties with finding a place and entering the room, since the check-in instructions are not sent in advance, but at the moment when you are already in front of the bnb door. The room is modern, it seemed a little cramped.
