"⭐ Review for The Sahil Hotel, Mumbai I recently visited The Sahil Hotel in Mumbai, and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the check-in process was quick. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged neatly. The location is convenient too—close to major areas in South Mumbai, which makes it easy to get around. The food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and had good variety. Overall, it felt safe, calm, and welcoming. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Mumbai with good service, The Sahil is a solid choice."
"Hotel Heritage in Mumbai offers a delightful stay with warm hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect central location. A great value for money — highly recommended!"
"This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by."
"All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice."
"I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel."
"The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful: I had few requests during my stay and everything was kindly and efficiently accommodated. The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; view from the room is amazing! Moreover, Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism. If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central. Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious, everything felt extremely fresh. Only small cons were: - the gym which is quite small and lack some basic machines like bikes, but what is there is all Techno-gym and new! - the overall finishing that feel a bit old (but very well kept), which is why - I guess - it's good value for money overall."

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived at Taj Santa Cruz, I was impressed by the warm and gracious hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. The hotel’s elegant design blends classic luxury with contemporary style, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Room & Comfort My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection. Dining Experience The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Final Verdict Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again
GGuest UserI had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!
GGuest UserAbsolutely beautiful hotel Staff were excellent Room was spacious and very clean Restaurant was to the point My stay was great Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable
GGuest UserThe hotel, situated behind Taj Mahal Palace, is convenient for exploring Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway and the colonial district. The impressive CSMVS Museum (formerly known as Prince of Wales Museum of Western India) and Vidhan Bhavan metro station (with metro service to/from Mumbai airport) is within 15 minute walking distance. Thanks to Gateway of India, the area around the hotel has very heavy traffic in the afternoon and evening. (If taking a cab to the hotel in the afternoon or evening, you may be stuck in traffic for a long time.) My room is on the 2nd floor and there was quite of lot of traffic noises from the streets. Thankfully the traffic noises died down by 11pm/midnight and the area remained quiet till the morning. My room was clean and comfortable, with decent wifi and complimentary morning newspapers. Electrical sockets in the room accept India 3 round pins, UK 3 square pins, EU 2 rounds pin, etc. Breakfast (available from 7am to 10am) has a small selection of Indian and English items. Staffs that I encountered were polite and efficient. There is a lift/elevator but it's very small (with room for only 2-3 people) so I took the stairs most of the time. My only complaint is that my room was very close to the housekeeping room and the phone in the housekeeping room rang frequently. (Once the phone rang at 4am and nobody picked up.) Nevertheless my stay was generally pleasant, due to the very convenient location.
