This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t pleasant at all. From being charged 300/- for a bottle that broke in the fridge because we wanted cold water in the 40 degree indian heat, and they never have any instructions to not put the bottle in the fridge. To randomly telling us that we need to speak legal authorities as my husbands passport had J&K as address not me as mine was a Delhi address, all of which by the way never ended up happening- we were happy to speak and waited for the next steps- but it seems it was just some weird intimidation tactic by the hotel.

Pretty decent place with nice breakfast. Rooms are clean and well maintened. Only thing is room was too small.

Could be wonderful if it wasnt so loud
The hotel itself is nice but the room is tiny and the main problem is that its very loud. You hear every door, the retro lift, etc and it is barely possible to sleep.

According to the description, this hotel is located in Malabar Hill - it's not! Rather just before. The hotel itself was not a standout, in this price segment. The room was incredibly small even if I was smstaying in a luxury room. It had very little storage space, which is necessary when you are going to stay a few nights. They were surprisingly bad at English at the reception for pretending to be a hotel with many international guests. The breakfast was average, I would have expected a better breakfast for the price we paid. In addition, they call and wake you up if you haven't shown up before 10:00. Really strange because I think it's up to me whether I want to eat breakfast or not. Also there was a LOT of birds at the terrace where they serve breakfast. The surrounding area then? Catastrophically bad. Basically just busy streets and a poor selection of restaurants. The hotel is also very far from the attractions down in Colaba. It takes about 45 minutes to get there. So don't believe the times listed, since they have probably been set from the middle of the night when the streets are relatively empty of traffic. Will not book this hotel again.

Excellent boutique like property. Extremely well maintained with care and detail to attention. Some of the rooms are small, though we had taken a larger room, which in effect was more like a mini suite. The breakfast at the terrace with a complimentary foot massage is a delight. However, the kitchen attached to the terrace needs a serious hygiene & cleanliness check.
